Stuart Brower and Megan Hicks were incredible to work with throughout my entire home loan process. This was my first time buying a home, and they made something that felt intimidating at first run smoothly from start to finish. Both of them were extremely patient with all my questions and always quick to respond, no matter how small or last-minute something was.
What really stood out to me was how hard they worked behind the scenes to keep everything moving. Anytime the underwriter needed something, Stuart and Megan were already on top of it before I even had to ask. They explained every step clearly, kept the communication consistent, and made sure I knew exactly where my loan stood the whole way through. Even when there were things I didn’t understand, they broke it down in a way that made sense and never made me feel rushed.
Because of how proactive they were, my loan stayed on track and actually closed early, which almost never happens on an FHA loan. They handled all the details, made sure my numbers were accurate, and got me an amazing rate with lender credits that helped lower the cost of closing. I could tell they genuinely cared about helping me succeed, not just pushing a loan through.
I’m now a proud first-time homeowner, and I can honestly say Stuart and Megan played a huge part in making that happen. If you want a team that communicates, follows through, and truly looks out for you, I highly recommend Diversified Home Loans. They’re the real deal.

Stuart and his partner Megan were extremely helpful. They explained the loan process and looked for the best home loan on the market. They even went over USDA, Conventional, and FHA options.
