They were horrible to deal with from the get go to have the black screen fixed. They said it would be 3-5 business days to get it fixed heard nothing about it called 2 weeks later the phone wasn’t even in their system even though I had a receipt for dropping it off then I called back 2 weeks later because I heard no updates to be told I was texted almost a month earlier that the phone was done which I never got any kind of text what so ever. If a finished phone is sitting in the store waiting to be picked up after a week don’t you think someone would call to follow up with the text? There is no common sense available in this store at all.

Expercom in Logan is reminiscent of a mini Apple Store, and I genuinely appreciate what they have to offer. I'm a big fan of Apple products, and I've made several significant purchases at Expercom. The staff has consistently provided excellent service, always being both friendly and helpful. With attractive financing options, a wide range of Apple products on display, and a comprehensive selection of accessories, Expercom has you covered. Plus, their competitive pricing sets them apart as one of the best authorized Apple dealers. The store's sleek and stylish interior, borrowing cues from official Apple stores, adds to the overall appeal, and I find it quite appealing.

I got my diagnostics due to some concerns. I asked a couple of questions about my laptops speed. Was told to restart my laptop. No other solutions, options, questions asked. It was disappointing.

Very courteous staff but the lead times for every service are really long. 2-3 weeks for a screen repair. 1-2 days for data backup. The sense I got was that they aren't very urgent.

My husband had problems with his IPhone since he was scammed. Every time he would change his password they would immediately get on & change it to something else. We went & purchased him a new phone & couldn’t transfer anything due to this problem. After contacting these guys over here he was able to get it all transferred etc within 3 days. Great customer care etc! Thank you!

I got my screen replaced then it popped out of place due to the lack of glue used and now there is condensation in it and it cost me 1000 dollars in damages

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We took my wife’s phone here in December 2022 to get her battery replaced. Costed about $75. If you are thinking of replacing the battery, this is how our experience went. They had the phone for little over 4 hours and also upgraded my wife’s iCloud storage so she wouldn’t risk losing photos in the process. That took forever! Save your photos beforehand and save the money on iCloud storage. We had no problems with losing any photos. It was a smooth process. As of 5/30/2023 her battery capacity/health has already dropped to 95%. So it has dropped by about 1% each month since the replacement. By the end of the year, I anticipate it will be at 88%. It might be more worth it to just buy a new phone if your phone is like 3-4 years old and the battery is wearing out. Her phone was purchased 12/2020 to give more context (iPhone 11).

Dear Expercom,I just wanted to publicly thank you.Thank you for utilizing a half hour of my time to check in an iPhone for battery replacement. Thank you for not replacing the battery and doing a restore that wiped out my data without asking me first or backing it up first. The data did not back up to the iCloud for some reason. Its ok because it is nice to start fresh sometimes. Thank you for breaking the back glass and then utilizing more of my time "proving" you did not do it. Thank you for covering for your mistakes so someone does not get in trouble. Thank you to the manager for the courtesy to hide in the back instead of talking to me directly. Thank you for the opportunity to fix the phone myself. May you prosper as a "try to be honest" business of "Apple experts." It was a pleasure.

I was middle of downloading ISO UPDATE reluctantly did it anyways. Well during overnight update download completely lock me out of my iPhone all together. My iPhone began overheating I got paranoid that my iPhone literally crash SOL. I had gone to my carrier AT&T not much help with the diagnostic said that it was Apple problem. They did some good thing was direct me to Expercom which I rush over for serious technical help. I was waited and assisted on by one of the most friendly knowledgeable helpful employee that you have at store named Jaron Pitcher. OMG! thanks Jaron you save my my a** excuse the language. I honestly don't know what I could say he was like angel, who was able do miracle, when no one in my past experiences, could do his magic and expertise brought my iPhone back to life! Absolute worst store and Apple customer service provider. I've tried utilizing their services several times here in Logan UT. Today being the latest. Went in to have a "Tab" key replaced on my MacBook. It literally snaps into place, but was told it would be 2 - 3 days to work it into their repair schedule. I was in the store longer than it would have take to unpack the part, which they confirmed they had in stock, and snap it into place. They are utterly useless as an Apple repair site. So, I will drive it down to the Apple store in Farmington, and they will install the key as I wait, already confirmed. Useless, and I will never waste my time with them again, nor would I recommend anyone else going there for a repair of any kind.

My iPhone quit working over the weekend, on a whim I decided to go to Expercom instead of Verizon to see about buying a new one. Instead of just selling me a new phone, they got my phone working again with a quick reset and ran diagnostics on it for free. They could have easily sold me a new phone and I would have never known the difference.

I took my MacBook Air in after it up and died for data recovery. Jaron was the sales associate that helped me and he was amazing! As a poor college student, Jaron not only set me up quickly to have my data recovered but helped me find ways to best afford a new laptop. He spent a while helping me out and I never felt rushed or belittled. Maybe I would have found a cheaper option for data recovery somewhere else, but the service here was phenomenal! I’ll definitely continue using their company for all of my Apple needs!
