Staff knowledge is horrible. After bringing in the model number of furnace. They looked it up on their computer still gave me the wrong part. Then they refused to take it back or refund me. So I had to buy another motor. So now I’m out $120 because I trusted them to get me the right part.

They ordered pallets of sump pumps when everyone flooded and were very good to put us on the wait list and call when they were in the next day. I called a few times with questions and they answered right away each time, even though they were very busy.

They told us it would take a week . We called every week for a month to get our toilet tank cover and they kept blaming where it was getting shipped from that it wasn't there , or it came broken ( when I think they just forgot to order ) then about the last call a month later they said bring it in and we will send it to a local guy to match it! Don't waste your time trying to get them to do anything or take responsibility for their slacking.
