Fun little toys 5 bucks plus. 35 cents tax very pleasant and helpful associates throughout the whole store easily get from parking lot into the store many items i didn't expect to see !

Pretty overprice store for items that are 99 cents in other places and $5 here. Cashier not really helpful, they can’t helpful at all not matter your problem they will tell you sorry nothing we can do . Pretty sure they hate their job.

Not impressed with this store. Sure there’s cheap prices but the old lady telling us where to go for the check out was just plain rude! She was bossy and snobby. No smile at all. This was my first and last time coming here.

Called in to see if they could blow up a specific kind of balloon and they said yes. Once I got there after driving 20 MINUTES IN they told me “we don’t fill up balloons” don’t go to this store they are incompetent

I don't like this store in many way. I just went few time under the insistence of my daughter. On my last visit had a bad experience with the girl that was hired to overview the self check out registers. All the scanners where covered which it was weird, then when I tried to scan my item she rushed to me saying I couldn't self check out without her intervention. After paying she proceed saying the plastic bags were $5 each shouting policy of the store and she was really insistent and repeated it many times, her demeanor was getting me only more frustrated.
I let her know that was not possible and made no sense, then I saw a sign above the bags stating .5 Cents and told her she must had misunderstood, she only justified herself sayin "Well I'm autistic."
"Umm ok"
I'm not going back.

We love 5 below, and have shopped at several stores around the US. Love the cute things, but hate the fact that I have to now hand over my purchases and stand there awkwardly as an employee as slow as possible rings up my items. They also just started to charge for bags. It’s pretty uncomfortable, especially for people who suffer from social anxiety and choose to shop at stores that have self check out for the express purpose of not talking to cashiers.

I had never been to this store before or any other 5 below until yesterday in Logan. I went because they had a Haribo candy which is a little challenge to come by. It was there- nearly all of them melted and they were still trying to sell it! Other candies were also melted, I noticed. When I expressed this to the cashier she was very non chalant, stating, ‘oh so it didn’t make the trip? Thanks for letting me know and I’ll remove it.’ Who knows whether they did or not, but I would absolutely not recommend this company- not the least of which is a potential health risk.

I love this store for gift giving options. However, I absolutely hate the assisted "self" checkout. I just want to check out my own items without having to make small talk and feeling pressured to make donations.

Five below is an amazing store with really fun things, but I have to give it 3 stars because of how loud the music is! I am very sound sensitive and get a migraine every time I go in, and I have a hard time talking with people I am shopping with. It is always unnecessarily loud, so I often don't come at all. Please turn it down. Pretty please :).

I love this store, especially the new section of items that was just released. It’s super fun! However, like a lot of previous reviews have said the music is too loud. Like headache inducing. I usually end up leaving because it’s too overwhelming. I think a lot of customers would have a much better experience if the music wasn’t blaring.
