Look I actually like gamestop and want it to succeed but dang man I called and went in so many times for a copy of Doom the Dark Ages and they didn't have any copies except for people who pre ordered. So hear me out some people don't pre order for many reasons so why only have copies for people who pre ordered? It doesn't make sense. You just push people like me to the next company to buy games instead. So I sat in there and asked if I could even pre order elden ring night reign and they said they couldn't even do that, 10 days before launch. And they told me they only had 3 pre orders in so they weren't gonna order anymore copies. Okay if you are GAMESTOP and don't have arguably two of the biggest titles this year and you can't get them at GAMESTOP... what is the point? I ended up going to Walmart instead and Amazon for the games. I just don't get it everytime I've gone in for new releases we don't got it unless you pre order which is a bunch of bull crap.

This company stole my money!
I was sold a used game console which turned out to be overpriced and they told me I was getting all kinds of discounts which I did not understand.
I spent $600 on a machine that did not work out of the box!!!
The only explanation I got from the associate was that GameStop sucks.
Really?
You need to fix this now!

Kodi helped me sign up for the pro membership a while back and every time I go into the store he is super helpful and friendly. The vibe of the store has changed a lot since he started working there for the better and I look forward to seeing him every time I visit game stop.

Love this store..Always find what we need here..Kodi the gentleman who helped us there was very knowledgeable and friendly..He took the time to explain everything to us to navigate the gaming world as older adults it’s nice to know that GameStop has an employee that takes the time to help with all the new technology. This GameStop has been my go to even since I moved away, and Kodi is always the best help and me and him have become friends. This store always keeps me coming back and has a good selection of games and even some retro stuff too!

Best place to get games and equipment for modern systems. Kodi was a great help, I bought a game from them and I got the case and no disk so I went back to get it resolved and Kodi was so helpful in resolving my issue. I will continue using them for all my gaming needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking to get games and equipment for systems.

My husband and I were looking for a console and games that we could play together and Kodi was amazing at helping us find the best thing for us. He explained things thoroughly and was very honest in his suggestions. Highly recommend this location!
