Manager lacked good communication skills. They messed up the order online and when we came in to pick it up she canceled our order. Lack of training with their employees. Manager refuses to help employee answer questions. Very unprofessional as a manager. Leaves customers with a sour taste about the company.

Super friendly, helpful, and good products! The man working was super knowledgeable and made sure I knew about the return policy in case I wasn’t happy with what I got!

I walked in here for the first time not knowing much, and was immediately overwhelmed with how many products there were. However, the employee who was there immediately put down his phone and asked how he could help me. He answered my questions, and helped me get a new brand of pre-workout. Ghost is great!

GNC has great product and helpful staff. I love how they ask me life style questions to make sure I'm getting the product I need and they answer all of my questions. I have been happy with all the products I have gotten. :)

Terrible service and communication. I spend there over 100 dollars before was my last visit in this store. Purchased a bottle, been use a bottle for about one week before it cracked, was obviously defected. I asked her in a good manners replace it if they can. She said to me get out from the store, she said not going to replace me anything. I felt like her place not to work there, she is not able talk to the customers and act i was not there and listening me. She must explain to the customers about products with patience and knowledge what she knows about and not blame to me i did it to make it crack and worn out before I brought it . I would not advice this place.

I went to this store located in Logan, UT on January 21st, 2010 around 5PM. There was only one employee sitting behind the desk. I walked in with intention to buy something, but she didn't even look at me and didn't even say a word to me till I left the store. Well...they lost my business with them.
