I have used this facility for oil changes for a couple years. They are always very friendly especially the manager I’m assuming he is anyway haha! I haven’t had any issues and they are usually fairly quick.

Leo is awesome and always goes above and beyond! As an employer, it is hard to find someone that is both good with customers and a hard worker, and Leo has both of those skills. I have been coming to the south Logan location for several years now and they always take great care of me and my family as well. Highly recommend!

I recently took my car in at Grease Monkey to get my oil changed and to get an emissions test done. They were very friendly and helpful, but the service took twice as long as they assured me it would and I have had SO many issues with my car since! We had to go somewhere else to get our AC fixed, and at this other place, they informed us our coolant had leaked all over our engine and we had to replace our radiator! This was not a problem before we went to Grease Monkey. Shortly after this diagnosis, our check engine light came on. Our car doesn’t have an overheating light so it uses the check engine light, so I assumed it was just that. NOPE. 4 weeks and $1300 later, and after visiting 3 different mechanics in Logan, we find out the guys at Grease Monkey put the wrong oil in our car, and because of the specific make and model of our car, our check engine light won’t ever turn off. So now we can’t pass an emissions test! The main mechanic we were working with at Grease Monkey said all the guys working on our car were in training. Somebody messed up. They’ve cost us so much money. So frustrating.

I truly love grease monkey. The employees are absolutely amazing and considerate of their clients. I came in after 3 cars were ahead of me and they got me in in a reasonable time. Leo was absolutely exceptional and honestly deserves a raise due to how great he treated me.

I used to come to this place for every service I needed, but my last several visits have been very disappointing. They put my lug nuts on so tight that one of them stripped, they put my hub cap on without considering the slot for the air spigot, so my air spigot got cut into by the hub cap. I also had a nail in one of my tires, which they told me they could not patch and I would need to buy new tires. I went to Les Schwab and they patched it in 20 minutes free of charge. I could go on about busted tire studs, grease getting on my leather interior, and attempts to upsell you at every corner. I am sad to say that I will not be returning here for future services.

Unfortunately we still live in a time where it’s common to take advantage of people who aren’t well versed in car maintenance. This store tried everything in the book towards my girlfriend. We do not recommend this place.

Tyler was a great help. I had my oil changed in Rexburg, ID. traveling to Utah and stopped at Roy Grease Monkey after noticing my oil leaking. Tyler was great help, and replaced a bad gasket. Very knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend. I appreciate Grease Monkey and their commitment to customer satisfaction
