Employee did not guide us and we popped a tire. We are out the price of the car wash, a new tire, a one day rental since it happened at 6:10pm. We submitted an incident report and left several messages but management never contacted us. Will not go back and would not recommend this place.

Stay away, every time they charge my account I go thru snd they tell me my card was declined. Customers service is horrible. Crazy process to cancel the account. Way better ones in logan to go to.

Stay away from Green Gorilla car wash in Logan, Utah. They do not take responsibility for the damages caused by their car wash, will overcharge you and will never see a refund from them. Overall I’ve had a very bad experience and the worse thing about it all is the manager Steven who is shallow and will do absolutely nothing for you to help.

Really great wash! I’m new to the Logan area and needed to get my car cleaned and absolutely hate going to quick quack so I figured I’d try out this place and they did not disappoint. The wash prices are reasonable and they even have towels to use after the wash as well as mat cleaners! I’ll definitely be coming here more often!!

Great place to wash your car, especially if you don't have much time. The entire cycle is only a few minutes and does a decent job. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful.

I have used Green Gorilla for a few years now. The only complaint, and it is a small one, is that the back of my SUV doesn't always get totally clean near the roof. Other than that, my car is always very clean after the wash. I love their high power air hoses to finish drying the few areas that are not totally dry, such as side mirrors and seams, and the blow out the crevices on the dash board inside. The vacuums have great suction and there is a wide mouth and a narrow mouth style to use. There are always clean rags and cleaning spray to use for the inside. They always give me a dash wipe. The mat cleaners are great and even my custom mats that are shaped and not totally flat, go through well and come out very clean. Their prices are about the same as others. I have tried quite a few of the other local carwashes and I will continue to use Green Gorilla.

Only reason they don’t get one star is cause the vacuums were good. Didn’t even wash my car for $15. Made it dirtier.
