“I went in looking for some fishing gear. There was some pricing issues. Another associate (or so I thought) walked past and asked if he could help. He listened to me, like actually listened and cared. He let me talk out my frustrations with the situation and then helped make the situation right. I remember his name tag said “Spud” on it and he laughed and told me it was a nickname and his real name was Hayden. We got to talking and I asked if I could speak with a manager to give him credit for his help and he told me he was the assistant manager. My mind was blown that an assistant manager over heard a tough situation and cared enough to intervene AND fix it. I will return to this store because of how Hayden treated me. I hope he sees this and his manager sees this as well. I will be telling everyone around me to go see him and the store he helps manage!”

“I called and asked to have trigger and sight replacements done on my everyday carry pistol. My pistol came with a flat blade trigger that I wanted changed to a curved blade and it had stock sights I wanted changed to Siglite night sights. I purchased my own parts from Sig Sauer and then Gary did the rest.

The cost was more than reasonable for the changes made to my pistol. He made the changes in a timely manor and made sure I had all of my parts and packaging returned to me. He also wrote me up a receipt for the work he had done. After the changes were completed, I shot my pistol at the range the same day and was blown away at the end results. The pistol was loco bueno.

I will come back to Neal's Gun Shop to have other guns worked on and to buy guns, too. Top-notch place and the owner is a pleasure to deal with.👌💥”
