You know when you’re a man and you walk into Victoria’s Secret to get your girlfriend her favorite perfume but everyone looks at you like why is the gross disgusting man in our store? That’s how it feels being a woman walking into harbor freight. 3 stars for the price and inventory, I needed a rock tumbler they had just what I needed. Minus a star for being unorganized/a bit dirty, minus another star for the rude older guy who scanned me out. He was pretty impatient, felt impressed to give me a play by play on how to make a return, maybe he was just having a bad day though, I don’t know.

Definitely the best run Harbor Frieght stores I've ever been to! Always clean and organized new remodel looks great. Gracelynn is extremely nice to everyone she greets I hope she gets a raise and is treated very well.

My husband had called the store just now to ask if they had an item in stock, and when he asked the associate on the phone if he could go check to see if they had the item in stock he was requesting, the associate worker on the other end straight up said he didn’t feel like going back there to check if they even had it. He was a poor example of customer service, and I feel I should comment our experience to bring awareness to it to hopefully help them as a company improve the training they provide for their employees. I hope this display of laziness and lack of customer service will not happen again.

They are in the middle of a remodel right now, so it's a disorganized mess.
## UPDATE
So, now they are finished with their update. It looks awesome in there. I wish I could remember his name, but the man at the counter was super friendly. I highly recommend.

Hf tools are useful when you need something fast. Some choices are of lesser quality and are priced reasonably. Some choices are high quality and priced higher. My local store is staffed with helpful people.

HF has a good variety of affordable tools. I've been lucky and found what I have needed for specific projects. Keep in mind the balance between cost, quality, and longevity for the tools you are considering.

I gotta say, Harbor Freight has upped their game. Especially with the new Hercules line of brushless cordless tools. Come with a 5 year warranty out of the box!
That being said, it isn’t the main reason I’m leaving this review. The reason this store deserves a 5 star review is because of the staff. I am so impressed with all of the team members at this harbor freight. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of there way to make sure you find what you need. Website says something is in stock but it isn’t on the shelf? They’ll scour the store for you and find it! Their customer service is top notch! Kudos to them and I hope the boss man gives them all a pat on the back for me!

For those on a budget or someone needing a disposable, to professional grade tools, Harbor freight has it.
