Import Auto was so easy to work with. Their service is extremely high class and high quality. They set reasonable expectations for timeframes and quoting costs for each individual service. It was very transparent and easy to navigate. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle,Jeff, did a great job! He was very professional and went above and beyond with his amazing service. 👏

I highly recommend to bring your vehicles in for the Maintenance & Saftey Inspection! The team at Import Auto is friendly and easy to work with! They can answer any questions and simply explain what your car needs. What makes these guys different than the rest is that they record their inspection and provide access to these recordings. Unfortunately, my car had more problems than anticipated. Bryan, the owners, gave me his best professional recommendation. I will be bringing my other car for the inspection as soon as possible and you should to!

Jake kept me informed as to progress on the repair. He did diagnostic tests and found issues and cleaned up spills that needed to be done. The engine sounds better than it has for a long time. He is helping me with other needed maintenance items.

I had a tough time finding the right option to repair an older Audi, I was directed to Import Auto. I was quoted thousands by the dealer but was able to get my issue fixed for far cheaper with the convenience of staying in Logan. Thanks to you and your team my car is fully functioning for the first time since I’ve owned it, great job!
