I actually used Gifford LONG before I ever became a real estate agent. Back when I was flipping houses and buying investment properties in Cache Valley, Gifford was my title guy. So when I got my real estate license, there was literally zero question who my #1 guy in title was going to be.
Gifford has personally saved me money over the years, helped me work through some weird situations, and has always been willing to answer my million questions.
