We neglected our battery until it was dead. Corrosion was so bad I couldn't get the thing out. Pretty unwise on our part. Ted with JC came to our rescue! He was super nice, quick, and professional. Managed to get the old battery out, made sure the battery was the actual issue, lingered while we installed a new one, and saw us on our way. It was a great experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop! They fixed my daughter’s sunroof after a piece of metal came crashing through it from a passing Semi on the highway. They were incredibly fast, affordable, and friendly—everything you hope for when dealing with car repairs. The quality of the work was excellent and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing honest, professional service. We’ll definitely be back if we ever need help again!

I appreciate the staff at JC Auto. This is the second time I’ve had them do an undercoat on my vehicle, and once again, they delivered excellent service. They were honest and upfront about the price, as well as the time it would take to complete the job and get my vehicle back to me—which I really appreciated. The undercoat turned out great. They are true professionals at what they do. I’ll definitely be back!

JC Auto was a pleasure to work with. I needed a repair done ASAP and they were able to get my car in and repaired within 4 days! I was impressed with Joe and his staff. They were kind and friendly. The car was a 2022 Mustang and the damage was done to the passenger side door and mirror. Minor fixes but the crew at JC Auto got it done quickly with amazing results. Thanks Joe!

Joe is the kindest, compassionate man I’ve had the pleasure to come across in a long time. I live in Oregon but came here to help my mom with serious medical issues and to find her Hummer. She remembered she had it towed to a mechanic but she’s dyslexic and thought it was at CJ auto. After initial panic we discovered it was at JC. Regardless, after 4 months sitting in the yard Joe waived the tow bill. So gracious! Thank you

I didn't have much of an idea what to expect as this was the first time getting a non-trivial repair done on the body of my car.
I am a bit neurotic about everything, but the employees made every effort they could to assuage my fears regarding this process.
Anyway, I got my car back yesterday, and as far as I can tell so far, it is absolutely perfect. This place is glorious, and I will recommend it to anyone.

So impressed with them! They did such great work on my car, were affordable, and had so many great accommodations like a free rental car to drive while my car was being fixed. They also kept me informed the entire process and detailed my whole car afterwards! Would totally recommend!

Absolutely amazing customer service, above and beyond what a normal repair shop would do. Kara kept me updated of the repair process, and it was a very smooth, minimal effort on my part. Highly recommend among the options in Cache Valley. Joe the owner did a great job helping me figure out all the headache of insurance as well, overall very effective, efficient and friendly team. All employees were happy to answer any and all of my questions. If the need ever arrives, we will be coming back, no doubt in my mind.

We were in Logan from out of town and our car broke down near Beaver Mountain Resort and JC Auto was quick to come tow our vehicle to a nearby auto repair shop when we were in a pinch. The customer service over the phone was great. Thanks for your help!

They offer towing which was very convenient for us when we got rear ended nearby. Very professional, kind, and proficient people! They made sure the insurance company paid for every dime and did excellent quality work. They also had a great loaner car we were able to use the entire time our car was in the shop. And I really liked their online system for quickly checking the status of the repair at any time.
Our car felt brand new when we got it back—they went the extra mile to carefully detail the car, getting it vacuumed and washed. Runs great. Very impressed and would definitely use again!

Excellent customer service and body work finish on our vehicle. Felt like we drove away in a brand new vehicle, detailed sparkling interior, full tank of gas and washed exterior. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for superior service and to exceed expectations!
