Great service. Very helpful. Explained things I didn't understand and was very patient as I texted my husband to ask questions. Brett was great! He took us out to our car and explained and showed me and my daughter everything! Thanks!

The people working on my car were kind and willing to help make sure my car doesn't break on me as much as they possibly could, I greatly appreciated their efforts in that regard as well as their patience in me and my car as it was being such a diva when it came in.

Jiffy Lube personnel were so kind and helpful. I was nervous about taking my car in and they took such great care of me! Jeremy did an amazing job on my car and Hunter made me feel comfortable. She explained everything to me and even added some coupons for me to knock down the price a bit! Highly recommend the people and the service :)

Great service! I had an emissions test there. Even though they were busy I was in and out firstly quickly. Not only did the get my emissions test done, but they did my registration renewal and I left Jiffy Lube with my new registration and sticker in hand.

The staff was extremely helpful. I came in for a tire rotation, and they noticed I needed two new tires. They called a tire shop for me to verify they had them in stock. Gave me directions to the shop and didn’t charge me anything. That's great customer service ?

I had several things done the same day, including brake replacement, oil change, registration renewal, and a few other things. The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed to take good care of my car.

Got my oil changed, wheels rotated, a full point inspection and was told about a few things I need to get fixed as soon as I get the chance, all while on the way to a family reunion.

Hunter, the manager was outstanding! Her and her team were knowledgable, kind, and efficient. I came in to have my oil checked, and she brought to my attention that my serpentine belt was cracked in multiple places. I had it replaced in no time. I live quite far over the canyon , so I appreciate her catching that. It was refreshing, having a woman running that business. Hunter has a great attention to detail and an enthusiastic personality.

They are always fast and friendly! I tried one of their competitors and they were asking twice as much even with a coupon. Now i just stick with Jiffy Lube every time i need an oil change!

The crew was very helpful when we were stranded in Logan (live in Blackfoot Idaho) and no dealerships were willing to help. However, they replaced our thermostat (ended up not being the issue) and that was fine but the plastic attachment attached to the radiator started pouring coolant so it kinda made the problem worse. Had to duct tape it to make it home to our dealership.
