Everyone was very helpful. Very quick and efficient and the service was excellent. There wasn't a lot of attempts to upsell which often happens when getting oil changes. My only reason for not being a 5 star experience was due to pricing. I feel like prices have gone up much more than other options in the past year or two. This isn't a location issue, but a Jiffy Lube issue. This location did great!

The owner personally and his son personally came out and took care of me. They were very professional and kind. The business was prompt and easy. Family oriented is a plus. Makes for a more personal experience. Thank you for the good price as well.

I stopped by the Jiffy Lube in Providence, Utah and they were very professional. They promptly greeted me and we walked through the service set up to make sure I receive the service I needed. They notified me of any other services that might be needed along with the pricing up front, with no preasure. They accepted my refusal for some of those additional services and quickly accomplished the ones I wanted. They got me in quickly and were done quickly also. All of the employees I interacted with were cheerful, polite and knowledgeable. After a pleasant experience, I was on my way. I recommend them.

The technician got the job done but also left greasy finger prints on the door frame, side panel, viser, and glove compartment. Completely unacceptable!

This location has been cleaned and fixed up so nice in the last couple years, they even had some little toys for my kids to play with as we waited. The service was fast and fair priced, great experience!

They charged me 50 for a in cabin air filter. They get them from auto zone for 15-20. I will never go back. They rip you off.
