First of all, this business looks like an official place but it’s really just a little shop in an office building run by one person. I mean props to her for having this business and skills and all but I was just expecting more. More professionalism and customer service and better quality in my engraving. But I didn’t really get that. Both times I walked in, I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged. I stood at the counter just waiting for her to turn around and help me out. No graciousness or gratitude for my business ($20 worth for engraving a small nametag that didn’t even turn out well). When she handed me the finished product, she even said it wasn’t exactly what she wanted it to be but no apology, no discount, no option to fix/replace. Just felt like I got ripped off. Only reason why I don’t just give it one star was because the emailing of the image before engraving process and how fast it was was good.

Morgan is AWESOME! She did Hydroflasks for my daughters drill team and they look amazing!! They turned out even better than I imagined! The team absolutely loves them! Morgan is friendly, professional and her prices are great. I would definitely recommend Lasting Engraving to anyone!!

I've had Morgan create our annual awards for our state-wide non-profit for the oast three years. I am able to email her details of the current years' reciepent and she has kept our logo and other details on file. The awards look great and the price is reasonable. I love knowing that I can count on her year after year. Great service!

Not great. They had plated my trophies in the wrong color and added a bunch of additional charges at the end and they said the fee's were always added. I think you should tell someone before you swipe their card with additional fee's. I only needed 3 trophies done. Not satisfied. Also the quality of the trophies are terrible. The gold color coating is already peeling and I've had it for 3 hours.

Lasting Engravings created name tags for our business. They were able to customize them to our exact specifications and the results were phenomenal. The work was top notch and the materials used were high quality. Very impressed, I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent workmanship and a good value.

As an ambassador of the Cache Valley Chamber of commerce, we often use Lasting Engravings for name badges, awards, plaques and more. They have been a joy to work with. They deliver on time, the work is exactly how we want it, and the prices are more than reasonable. We definitely reccomend them.
