I used to love this store and spent a lot of money here over the years. That will change with the defective, expensive Myra bag I purchased from them last summer. I paid about $135 including tax, and feel it should last longer than a few months. I called and emailed the manager, explained my problem and sent photos and never heard back. A store is only as good as their willingness to replace defective merchandise. As you can see the bag is a hair on tooled leather and the hair from the hide has rubbed completely off. The bald spot gets bigger with time.

Bad customer service! Went in today, haven't been there in a long time. Two women working never even said a word to us, gossiping behind the counter. We walked out with nothing. Say hi, hello, how are you, anything, to acknowledge a single customer is in your store. No wonder this store was almost empty of customers. Won't be back..

We love this place. Many great makers here in the valley. Fun to see what people can make. We like to dabble in the DIY, so we get a bunch of fun ideas for gifts from here. Sometimes you just can't beat the price. So instead of making it, it's good to support and buy theirs.
