Toni & Amy were very helpful and accommodating and provided us with an excellent storage unit. The access was easy with plenty of room for a large moving truck and the storage unit was very clean.
The registration process was simple and they provided all the instructions we needed to access the unit in the future. Would highly recommend Logan Self Storage to anyone.

Way to many hidden fees and the fact that it's required that you purchase a lock from them is just a waste of money when you have your own

Amy was so kind and helpful. Gave me all of the information up front. I needed to units one is a temporary she even found one that was close to my large unit that I'm keeping longer. She really worked hard to accommodate what I needed. She was so friendly and helpful. She was very kind and very sweet. Customer service is excellent working with them and finding units was wonderful. Prices were comparable. It's gated! I would definitely suggest you go there!!

I got robbed out of almost 2000$ worth of camping gear, shoes, and personal items that had a lot of sentimental value to me. Do NOT store here unless you get a unit that you know has a security camera facing it. The manegment was not helpful at all when it happened either. Don't store important stuff here.

Do not store your stuff here!
If you can find another storage unit, don't go with this one. They don't allow you in 1 min past 10pm and if you space on what time it is and try to leave at 10:01pm you'll be locked in. You'll have to call them to get someone to let you out, but before they let you out they charge you a fee. So they hold you against your will until you pay.
They'll send a text msg to remind you you of your payment being do, but you can't respond to it at all. You try calling them, they won't answer, you leave a card on file to just do auto pay and they will not run it until you talk to them. You leave a msg they won't run it, nor get back to you.
So you'll be playing this tag game with text msgs you can't respond to, and them not answering the phone until you go long enough to inquire a late fee that They'll charge you. Doesn't matter it's their fault for not answering the phone, Doesn't matter if you have a job where you can't just call whenever nor does it matter if you leave msgs. They'll charge you a late fee because of the fact they have a system setup where you're bound to get a late fee. They will not listen to proof of you having called or leaving msgs. Its your fault even if it's not your fault. This sums America the past decade.
P.s when you have almost only 4 star and 1 star reviews you should know something is a miss. You've seen the reviews on Amazon etc getting 5 star reviews then getting a lot of ones, its because most are fake and or you've got people that just store stuff they never need to go and get so it sits for months if not years without being gotten into.

Excellent experience-the information provided in my original phone call was clear and thorough. When I went to office to register for a unit, again information clear and thorough. I appreciate that I was told what needed to be done, what they would do, payment arrangements etc, etc. All interactions were friendly and comfortable. Excellent experience!

Cannot express how grateful we are that our storage space was so clean when we moved our belongings into it.
The grounds around all the units are kept up and clean, and the staff was very helpful and thorough during the signing process for the rental of our unit.

I always felt my belongings were safe. When i needed a bigger unit the company was easily accommodating. When i had to give up my storage and couldnt be in Utah to do it Logan Self Storage kept the lines of communication open and were patient within the time restraint.
I definitely recommend them.
