We went to Lowe's to find the status of an order that still had not arrived and was 3 days late. The outstanding female employee in the Service/Returns area did everything she could to locate our order. We were patient while she worked on our problem. Eventually, she was able to discover where our order was and why it was late. We so appreciate her perseverance in finding our order. She was very kind and helpful. Great job! Now if we could only get our order...

Love their craftsman tools, but they have not had the bit socket I wanted to warranty twice. Friendly staff
9/22 a bit of a pain to warranty stuff, but did get it done.
4/2023 they always have some sort of issue when I warranty stuff. But I can usually find everything I need.
5/23 good appliance sales.
9/23 helpful employees, had what I needed in stock.
5/24 good lumber selection

Was in the store to get some moving boxes. They were easy to find. My only problem was checking out on their self check registers. I had never run into them before. The last time I was in the store, regular cashiers waited on me. Once I figured out the self check, it was easy. My only suggestion is that they should have someone there to show a first-timer self checking out what to do.

We ordered some materials and had no option other than same day. Been 3 days and are told items are ready to pick up but don't know when it will be delivered. Asked if that ment we will get our same day delivery fee back cause it's been 3 days. Was rudely told no and that I could come pick it up. If I had the means to get it I would not have wanted the items delivered.
