Malouf sends out used/returned merchandise as “new” through Wayfair! Malouf sent us a stained headboard, that obviously a previous owner attempted to clean. To begin, our order said the delivery company would deliver it to the room of our choice. I was at work when the bed arrived and my husband was not aware of this and apparently the delivery company left the boxes in the garage. I am immediately called Wayfair once we unboxed the item and sent them a picture of the stain. The supervisor suggested we put the bed together and told us that the manufacturer would reach out to us with a resolution to the issue. I will say every representative I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, but pleasantness does not solve the issue. Since we live in a three-story townhome, my husband and I now had to carry all of the parts up two flights of stairs. We assembled the bed, and then two days later, we’re contacted by the manufacturer with a recipe for a homemade cleaning solution and an offer for a 10 discount on my item. This really wasn’t satisfactory to us as we did not agree to buy an open box item, so we asked for a replacement with the condition and assembly service would take care of swapping the headboard out so it could be sent back to the manufacturer. Well, this is something they would not agree to, and stood firm on a 10 discount. Andrew, the supervisor at Wayfair, said this amount was all they could work with since I had purchased it during the Black Friday sale and since they had previously given us a 50 credit due to the delivery issue. Looking back, I wish the first representative would have just processed a reorder and not encouraged us to put the bed together and wait for a solution, which in this case, was not customer-focused.

This company used to be outstanding. Today, they have many issues: subpar customer service, broken promises, and items arriving damaged! Just three years ago, I would have given Malouf five stars! What happened?

Ah malouf, My friends have been trying to convince me to come here for years. I have blown them off, telling them I will come with them one day when I have more money. However after submitting to their peer pressure I sold one of my 47 supercars to afford the weekly Wednesday trip to Malouf, or as we call it Malouf monday on a wednesday.I must say that instantly, and I mean within the instant, I was blinded by the utmost beauty of the entire establishment. We were seated within moments, and they honored our reservation knowing that my acquaintances are regular diners here at Malouf. My peers handed their menus back to the bed salesman, for as regulars they had it memorized by their sheer knowledge. Now you can essentially break this entire zone into three schools of thought. The service, the food, and the design. I have discussed the design before, as is referenced in the prior paragraph, however the service was unlike any other. I have owned and dined at many Michelin 5 star restaurants, however I must say there is nothing like the service I received when I dined here. The waitress was extremely helpful, so much so that I left her my 15th NYC penthouse as a tip, as well as my underling Bertram whom I will not be missing. She really understood the idea that service is nothing more than leaving the table and rather sitting behind the counter on her cellular phone, which my peers and I sell. What a person of class. However, to delve into the food here at Malouf is a different story. I decided to order something modest, their small fluff nugget pillow supreme for ten thousand per bite, with a side of nyquil gummies to help sleep off the aftereffects. I must say that I understand why they are not rated on the michelin star system but rather a run of the mill billionaire meetup establishment and small time war profiteering firm and investment facility. When my friends and I got our food, my peers did not hesitate to gobble it up, however I was having a harder time. As someone who does not dine further than My 5th LA Beach mansion, I was not accustomed to the local food of this place. The food is too fluffy and dry, and indeed hard to tear. You could almost compare it to a pillow. However the desert after that was more mushy and had more liquid, like a waterbed. However I must say that the Jam they served was unique and something that I have never tried before. I mean who would have had the idea to so brilliantly combine the flavors of peach, banana, honey and watermelon with a hint of olive oil into a jam?All in all while it may not be a michelin star restaurant, and the food is more "mid" I would still liquidate my hedge fund and come back for a second round here at the small time midwestern horse racing dealer Malouf, the food, friends and service was more than enough to make up for the bad experience with the food.

Buyer Beware!!! Steer clear of anything associated with this company, their poor customer service, products, etc. Do your research before purchasing anything Malouf related. Mattress owned less than 1 year and both myself and husband have back pain now...to which I never had prior. Save yourself the trouble (and painful experience) of anything Malouf!!!!

Bought a king size mattress from these guys a couple of years ago. Still feels like the day I purchased it. Great products for sure!

We bought a bed from them that was supposed to be the Wellsville and they gave us the wrong bed. Took us 1 rough week of sleep to catch it, and they told us not or problem! Their customer support is not a 1 star it's a 0 star! I don't recommend buying from this company!! This is a 0 star review.

Worked for there wharehouse Department. And during covid they demanded we stay and continue working in close quarters with others but had no problem sending there office staff home for "there safety" but the whatehouse crew? Nah screw em and then when people complained they just sent them out to there Tremonton wharehouse so they weren't around the main office. Then after we scraped by on hands and knees to keep them going they lay off 60 of us. Great company my a$$

They only allow you to pick up your order Mon-Fri between 8am and 3pm. They are not considerate of people who work and cannot pick up between that time. When asked if they could let us pick up at another time they said it is strictly 3pm and told us to have someone else pick it up. People work between 8am and 5pm!!!!!!!

I bought a couple of Malouf latex pillows in 2016 and still they remain the most comfortable of all the pillows that I’ve spent hundreds on over the years.I’m thrilled to learn that not only are they made in the USA but also in my home state of Utah.100 % the most comfortable, most slept on and well made pillows of my life.

Mattress protector leaked like a sieve. Worse, the company blamed it on us, not honoring their warranty. We absolutely did.nothing abusive to this piece of junk. So, if/when you need it, it won’t work., and they won’t take responsibility for their garbage product. And I’m not even mad. I understand that some companies are just inherently sleazy.
