“The customer service at this location is awesome! I was in Logan and went in on a Saturday about 40 minutes before they closed and they were still welcoming and very attentive to what I needed.

The SIM card tray was stuck in my old phone, and he carefully extracted it for me. He also helped me decide whether repairing the broken screen on my six-year-old phone was still worth the money. He was honest and advised me not to waste money on the repair, which I really appreciated.

“Helpful staff, but expensive plans. We went in for Black Friday deals, but all the deals/plans were more expensive than T-Mobile. So we ended up staying with our old phone company. Location is great though, they always have a good game on while you wait. I watched the Chivas/America game while we waited. So great.”
