“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True Gem at AT&T in Logan — Dallas Is One of a Kind
If AT&T is smart, they’ll hold on tight to Dallas — because people like him don’t come around often. I “made” him a Godfather today, and honestly, it fits. That’s how quickly he felt like family. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely good‑hearted, he handled everything I threw at him with grace and humor.
It only took a few minutes to get him past the initial shock of dealing with a character like me, but once he settled in, he made the impossible possible. His family clearly raised an honorable young man, and AT&T should recognize the value he brings. This is the kind of employee you promote, reward, and build a team around.
Dallas restored a little of my faith in humanity today — in kindness, in patience, and in people who truly care about helping others. He absolutely deserves a raise, and my gratitude runs deep.

“Helpful staff, but expensive plans. We went in for Black Friday deals, but all the deals/plans were more expensive than T-Mobile. So we ended up staying with our old phone company. Location is great though, they always have a good game on while you wait. I watched the Chivas/America game while we waited. So great.”

“I accidentally left my phone on the back of my truck and drove off. It was slightly ran over when a guy found and returned it to me. I took it in to Mike to see if it was salvageable as the screen, case and camera was all shattered.Zagg’s products held up, and I am happy to report my screen was protected as well as the back of the phone and cameras!!! I would have taken a photo as I can’t believe it survived, but my phone is my camera, so I couldn’t.These guys are always so welcoming and friendly and I’ve used them many times and never had a thing less than 5 star service every time I’ve been there! Thank you for getting me back on my phone today.”
