Will continue to bother you even after you've told them to stop emailing you. I inquired about a truck and received 4 phone calls, 3 texts and 2 emails in the same day about when I wanted to stop by. Few weeks later, emails don't stop.

Sales guy try’s upselling the fact that the dealer sprays a (poor quality) under coat and bed liner in trucks. Pricing is considerably higher than market for similar vehicles. Should have done a better job of pre purchase research.

First of all, Djinn was absolutely, hands down, the best salesperson I have ever worked with when buying vehicles. I am no stranger to dealerships as I go through vehicles often and am confident that it was the best experience I have ever had.
I was looking to get into a truck and after much searching online, I came across a truck that I was very interested in. These guys are in Logan, and I am much further south, but figured I would chat with them. While that truck didn't end up being the one, Djinn did spend MANY hours helping me find the truck that would be best for what I was looking for.
We finally settled on an F-150 that they had in Idaho at a different location. They were nothing but wonderful to work with and even delivered the truck to me and took my trade in back with them.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the truck condition itself. While they say that it did pass their inspections, the truck has problems. The rotors are warped and need to be replaced along with brake pads. The slip yoke spline was dry causing serious clunking when stopping and going and needed to be serviced. And the rear diff may need a rebuild (pending diagnosis). While the diff should be covered under their AWESOME warranty that they offer, it's just a bit irritating that after 10 days of owning it, there is quite a bit of work that needs to be done to it to get it working properly. I understand the risks of buying a used vehicle but would have just wanted a bit better inspection.
While the sales staff is absolutely wonderful to work with, if you do plan to buy a vehicle from them, I would highly recommend an outside mechanic take a look at the vehicle to save you the possible headache. Again, it's not a cost thing as they claim the warranty will cover it, just spending a lot of time trying to get problems fixed.
Overall, would buy from them again.

Mountain West Motor is a FIRST-CLASS organization. I literally have never written a review for any product or company… until today, but felt I HAD to publicly share how impressed I have been with these guys.Mountain West Motor put my satisfaction of purchase over any margin of sale they could have achieved and that is just unheard of in the pre-owned vehicle business. There was an issue with my truck after I purchased it which could not have been anticipated by Mountain West Motor (or anyone else) before the sale. Mountain West Motor had no obligation to help me but were super responsive and worked with me to solve the problem in-house at the expense of their time, labor, parts, and the profit they could have otherwise been making by working on other things. They could have very easily avoided my calls or simply told me “No", but THEY were the ones checking in with me and THEY were the ones reaching out and following up to see how things were going.I cannot say enough nice things about the team at Mountain West Motor - Ty, Jaxon, Taryn, and I'm sure others behind the scenes - and as long as I live anywhere near Cache Valley I will never buy a pre-owned vehicle anywhere other than Mountain West Motor. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I recently bought a truck here and would recommend them over any of the other dealers I’ve had experience with in the valley.
