I bought a new 2025 VW Atlas from Murdock in Logan. It’s a great car and I’m loving it so far but a bit disappointed as it was sold to me as a fully-loaded “Peak Edition” with all sorts of cool features including interior dash lights that I can change to whatever color I want, etc. Super useful right?! But, even more useful is that it didn’t come with Homelink for my garage door opener so I have the cheap $30 garage door opener thing clipped to my driver side visor because Murdock or Volkswagen couldn’t just add this to the long feature list, but could add a voice-controlled assistant that responds to “Hello IDA, my butt’s cold.” So, I’ll be paying another $572.18 to purchase and install a rear view mirror with Homelink integrated into so that one day I can say “Hello IDA, please open my garage door.”

He told his biographer, Walter Isaacson, of how he learned this great lesson from his adoptive father, Paul, who was an electrician and carpenter. When working on installing a fence at their home, Paul told Steve that it’s just as important to use the same high level of craftsmanship and integrity on the parts that people won’t see as you would on what they will see, because in the end you will know whether the work retained integrity throughout or just where the consumer could see it. They fixed my ac/heat knob, sensor behind it plus more, had to order 2 parts, and other dealership tried to say my car wasn't under warranty. I have 41,000 miles on my Hyundai Kona Hyundai dealership in Logan is honest, great professional service, and treat a customer as best they should.
In area you wait in endless soda, popcorn, coffee, water & etc, restroom, watch them fix cars, watch TV, a kids room, and comfy seats. I have bought cars all over the USA, dealt with different dealerships to fix things, and this dealership is the most honest, caring, and professional dealership I have been to or lived near 45 of out the 50 usa states. My friend bought a car for. $6000 but on Kelly blue book it's worth $8000, cheap monthly payment, and she is very happy with her car.

They are friendly, have an excellent service department and for me they only did the necessary work needed. In and out in less than an hour. The car was cleaner after the visit than it was going in. If you are in the market for a new car, they have an excellent sales department, too

They put the wrong oil in. This is the third time that has happened. Due to having to redrain the oil I was there for 2 1/2 hours.

I thought by going to a major car dealership that I'd get a better quality car and more honesty than I would get at a pop-up dealer selling problem cars from auction, hiding known problems, and masking issues just long enough to make their buck... I was wrong. 1 mile off the lot and the cars check engine light came on and the car started losing power. Got the code read and found out it's a code that can be cleared temporarily and the car would return to normal for a while.... hummm perhaps that's why it seemed to run great during the test drive?
However, the code and engine behaviors are warnings of a serious issue, and ignoring it could ruin the engine. I wonder how many times this dealership cleared the code? Of course, not a thing they would do for me. No refund, no exchange, just gee, that sucks, I'm really sorry (but I'm keeping the commission and the sales profits) have a nice day.
