Leaving a review specifically for the service department, although our purchasing experience here was also very good. My service advisor Jason Rojas gave me the best experience I have ever had with service at a dealership. He was extremely helpful, proactive, honest, and communicative, always listening and making sure all our needs were met. Whereas I have dreaded having to deal with service at other dealers, I am excited to work with Murdock Chevy Service and specifically Jason again.

We drove through the lot on a Sunday afternoon. Seen the vehicle we wanted. Called Greg Monday afternoon to see if the vehicle was still available because we live about an hour away. He said he would double check and called me about 5 min later, said it was still there. We drove over, met with Greg and had the vehicle bought in just a couple hours. All the employees that we talked to and dealt with were really nice. Not pushy and we're very knowledgeable on every question we had. Would definitely go back to buy another one and would highly recommend Murdock Chevrolet in Logan utah.

Customer waiting area is exceptional, Brock was friendly & attentive, Military discount is sincerely appreciated and turnaround time was excellent!
My only concern (4-stars rating) is the inability to schedule via my iPhone?!? After a few attempts online via iPhone, ended up having to schedule my appointment the old fashion way.
Everything else was Outstanding!

Deruchette took good care of us, answered questions, was knowledgeable about the car and they offered a very fair price without the high pressure treatment I have gotten from other places.
We bought the car on August 31, 2024. The real test will be if/when I have to work with them sometime in the future if there are any problems with the vehicle.
I will update this review if I ever need to reach out to them I nthe coming weeks or years, and update this review with how that is handled.
(Purchased a 2022 Bolt with Manufacturer Buyback disclosure, cut the cost down a lot, but runs the risk of this vehicle being a lemon. I think I'll be fine, but only time will tell.)

Zach did a great job of creating a welcoming environment that made the car-buying process even more enjoyable. After the purchase, he followed up to ensure I was satisfied and to offer assistance with any questions about my vehicle.

Great customer service and accommodations. Carol was energetic and had the truck ready to test drive when i showed up. Only reason they don't get a 5 star is they delivered my truck with a nearly empty Def fluid tank (less than 1/4). Everything should have been full and ready to go.
