Went in to this store on Saturday 7-20-24 looking for glass repair on an IPhone. The man at the counter told me to comeback on Tuesday 7-23-24. My wife went in with our son and grandchildren. They were dismissive and rude telling her that we needed an appointment. That would have been good information on the previous Saturday. Next Up Cellular / Zagg will never need to worry about our business again.

I picked this place because of the reviews. Sadly I didn’t get the same experience. I got my daughters screen replaced and noticed the corner made a popping sound and the screen was defective I let them know and they stated it was normal. None of my phone screens pop! A couple weeks later that same side went black and messed up the screen. Went to try and get it replaced only to be told it was “cracked” and I need to pay once again for a new one! Never again! Thanks for taking my time and money!
