This is a very small bookstore with a very specific inventory - Christian literature. But it wasn't the inventory that bothered me - it was the older gentleman working the counter. He was... zealous in his need to explain to me his philosophy of the world and how it applied to Christianity. I tried to extricate myself but he was insistent and definitely wasn't picking up on the cues I was sending. When I told my experience to some locals they just nodded, and were like, "Oh, yeah. We just don't go there any more." Even if you are a Christian I couldn't recommend this store I was very uncomfortable.

Great place to get Christian Books! The books are categorized by topic. You can buy bibles, study bibles, bible covers, and tons of other literature. Brad, who runs the cashier, is extremely knowledgeable about Christianity. If you need help with a boon recommendation or have time to chat with him, he made my experience so worth it in Utah!

I'd give this store a one star review but I don't hate them. This store is not advertised properly. Their sign could be considered misleading. It doesn't advertise the fact this is a "Christian" bookstore. I recognized a few author names and know them to have very messed up theology and ideas. The guy introduced himself as an evangelist and pastor. He began asking questions that made me very uncomfortable. I simply want people to be aware.

Thank you Oasis for being the best local bookstore in Logan Utah. I will continue to send my friends and family over to your store. Brad the owner is friendly and is one of the best storytellers in town. -Felysha Lilley

Great awesome conversation with Brad, he introduced me to a Catholic Philosophy Professor at Utah State. I bought a book on GK Chesterton "Orthodoxy" which I have not read.

Went in to get a book and got sucked into a conversation for about an hour. So the place lives up to its name! Lovely spot in little Downtown Logan

This is a wonderful place to shop & talk. My husband and I were able to find just what we were looking for here. Even though we are Christians, I appreciated the insightful and diverse selection of resourceful reading material offered. Brad was very warm and informative, he answered our questions and gave us great suggestions for our children. He even gifted some free books, which we were so grateful for. It was refreshing to find this little gem hidden amongst the Mormon propaganda every direction you look in the valley. Highly recommend!

It’s a cute little store and the person who help my boyfriend and I was really kind. Everyone is really open minded and willing to talk about different topics. The content is mostly trying to oppose or disprove the doctrine of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, so if you are going in thinking it’s a book store with Church of Jesus Christ material it isn’t the right store for that. I am personally a member of the Church of Jesus Christ, and I think it was great to see different points of view on how we see God, even when we don’t always agree. It’s a very respectful atmosphere where no one is belittled for what they believe in.

Oasis books wasn't at all what I expected. It's a small book store geared specifically towards Christianity and conversation. The store itself is a little small, but perhaps that's more of an upside because it encourages discussion.Regarding the books themselves, I saw more "anti-LDS" than "pro-LDS" books. I was a little disappointed to see that, but honestly there are a lot of book stores nearby which are specifically for LDS material, so there's clearly no deficit around town. And though I don't personally align with the religious views which appear to be popular at Oasis Books, I can see how it might be a useful place for any Christian to talk with others about their views. Also, the man working the shop was friendly and happy to give more information without being overbearing at all about our differences in religious views.
