Old Navy is an apparel and accessories brand for the entire family, featuring a huge array of clothing from jeans to modest and modern styles. The store is clean, well organized, and has a huge selection of clearance items. The parking lot is huge with plenty of handicapped parking. Staff are very helpful, patient, and kind, taking time to help customers find items in store and online and assisting with complicated checkouts or computer troubles. It is noted as the best place in the area to find baby boys clothes, which can be limited elsewhere. Customers enjoy the comfortable and fun shopping experience and plan to return.
It's a fine store, they do offer online pickup and they are good with returns.

The selection is good and the staff are nice, but the dressing rooms were a mess it was so confusing and it was really expensive, which is probably why everything was on sale.
