This store is awesome! Brandon is always willing to help, gives solid advice, and never makes me, a girl who is learning to do her own mechanical work, feel stupid. The other techs are great too. I refuse to go any where else!

Don’t EVER go here. Half the people that work here act like they are being forced to be there, they are not helpful, they get paid whether or not they help you anyways so they really could care less. I stopped in to get an actuator and asked help on finding which one I needed to get since my car has 4 and none of them wanted to go out and check (fyi it’s ridiculously easy to determine which one is out). The person that I was talking to acted like I was a bother being there and how dare I come in for help. Worst place ever. Been here a few times and every time I leave feeling very frustrated. They tried to sell me on tools to get to my actuator and I’ve done this before you don’t NEED tools to get to it. They try selling you stuff you don’t need. Went to autozone instead right across the street and they were so much help! 2 guys were more than willing to help me out and were very honest and kind. They said this Oreillys location is known for the worst customer service and is run by extremely unhelpful people. Save your money and time don’t go here, go to Autozone.

My battery died so I came down to get it replaced. The process was a lot more difficult than I expected. Natasha brought out a set of tools and walked me through what I needed to do. Helped me a ton with a severely corroded terminal. Very glad I came here!

The staff at O'Reillys were phenomenal! We were having car issues and were at O'Reillys parking lot for almost 4 hours trying to fix our car. The staff were more than accommodating, willing to answer any questions we had, run diagnostic tests on our car, and give us amazing advice. Because of their knowledge and willingness to help us, our car was able to be fixed and did not have to go see a mechanic. THANK YOU O'REILLY STAFF!
