Ordered for delivery and with app you can see what's happening it took them 35 minutes to put pizza in box from oven then driver took another 30 minutes to deliver even though I live within 4 blocks when I called to complain employee who answered phone didn't really give a s*** so I canceled order and got dominos

After waiting inside for 10 minutes to pick up our pizzas without anyone saying anything to me, the employee came out and said that they didn't make one of our pizzas and it would be another 20 minutes! Very irritating that I already had to wait an additional 10 minutes after my order should have been complete before being told they weren't doing their job and that I still needed to wait ANOTHER TWENTY minutes. Very crusting! Especially when I have 3 hungry kids in tow.
