The staff is nice but we were there for 2 and a half hours waiting around for them to tell us she had a cavity, which we already knew and we specifically went in for them to fix it. They didn’t fix her cavity or even clean her teeth. We then went back to get her cavity fixed and sat around for another 45 minutes in an empty waiting room waiting for them to take us back. Would only recommend if you have hours to spare.

I called Professional Dental in extreme pain needing help. They were amazing to squeeze me in and work with my insurance. They were kind and gentle and helped me relax. Highly recommend. The doctor is very experienced and professional.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming, I really felt cared for as a person, not just another patient. They were also transparent with what’s included in my insurance plan and gave me a chance to opt out of anything extra. It’s exactly what you hope a trip to the dentist will be!

Professional Dental was amazing! They was able to get me in same day for my broken tooth! Dr. Ashcraft was patient and explained every step. I would recommend anyone that has a fear of dentists to try Profesional Dental.

Dentists can be difficult to get into last minute, however, Professional Dental made time for me amidst a packed day. The staff as well as the dentist was incredibly helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Giving me a rundown of options along with cost for my needs provided me the comfortability to decide what was the best option for me financially. They even made time to squeeze me into the day to fix my broken tooth and get me out of pain. The office also looks into financing options for the higher priced services as most of the time dental insurance is an absolute joke. This is the first review I've ever taken the time to write& 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this business!

Pretty awesome all the way around. staff is great the Dentist cool guy made me feel comfortable and he's very patient.. made sure I knew what he was doing before he did it and made adjustments quickly. Highly recommend ?

Had a 1PM appointment, showed up on time, still waiting to be seen 30 minutes later. They said they were just unusually busy which is fair.

Dr Ashcraft did an excellent job. I have had multiple root canals in the distant past and my experience with him has been the best experience I have ever had with a root canal. He took the time to do the job right and well despite my difficult root canal circumstances, and attended well to my TMJ needs and physical comfort. Thank you so much for your professional work.

Dr Broadbent is the most competent, efficient, kind caring dentist we have ever had. He takes the time necessary to explain what he is doing and presents all options in an easy to understand manner.
