I want Juan back as manager. I don't like this new manager. I've been with Rent a Centrr for over 39 years now and even before it was called Eagles Rentals same building. Well for being 3 to 4 days late on payment monthly the Manager sent the rent a center out to my home today . I've never ever had this happen before with the same scenario. Juan and before him managers were-. Kindhearted and understanding to there costumers . I'm upset and want this new manager GONE. . I use to give them a 5 star not anymore -barely a 1 star. How dare you... How dare you !!!

Have tried to order something from rent a center. They tell me it's on back order and they won't let me order something that is in stock. Be careful on ordering anything online

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The worst Customer service I have ever experienced 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND! The washer We had gotten from them was under warranty and when it had a manufacturer defect they refused to do anything about it we went weeks and weeks without a washer we were still paying for DO NOT GO HERE!

They who helped my out was very helpful and went outta his way to make sure I fully understood what I was getting into. Went in thinking, "This ain'tgonna happen." Ealjed out with a new TV.

We rented a used chair for my wife. This is the only used furniture ever in my house, and my bedroom got hit with bedbugs. The service of the rental itself was good, but pretty bummed I had to buy a whole new Bed set.Looking at the back of the couch. It had to be the corporate. I called them, and they just said we make sure we clean it up.
