I have lived here for over a year and me and my kids love it here. Tyler was amazing in our entire process in helping us get moved in. And the guy hasn't quit- the entire management team here has been great about getting things fixed around the apartment and working with me when I had issues. I have always been treated with respect and I'm grateful we get to continue living here..

I have lived in this apartment withy wife and kids going on 5 yrs now. Tyler our management has completely turned these apartments around. These were g considered low income and not nicely maintained with a lot of riff raff all over the place. Now there are respectable families that live here and I can live in peace. So thank you so much Tyler.

I highly advise anyone looking to move here to look elsewhere. The buildings have roaches, the walls are paper thin, loud neighbors, aggressive dogs, the list goes on. Not to mention the rates they charge are the same as much nicer apartments in the area. Our last straw was when there was a disagreement over a fine, the apt had no proof besides that we walked by an area. When a discussion was attempted the property manager (Tyler) became aggressive and condescending. He attempted to gaslight, intimidate and talk over us the entire time. He also refused to give us his managers contact information…
I have lived in several apartments and have dealt with many property managers and can say that was the most unprofessional interaction I have had.

If you are absolutely desperate, it is better than homelessness by a large margin. Otherwise, management (especially the new manager) is manipulative and extremely unprofessional. Our complaints include the following:
- On several occasions, management and/or maintenance entered our apartment without consent or adequate notice. It was extremely traumatizing to walk out of our bedroom to find someone in our home. Peak Living did not adequately address our concerns when they were raised, as we later came home several times to find door hangers indicating someone had entered our unit when we did not give consent or receive notice.
- On multiple occasions, management ignored safety-critical maintenance requests, including the presence of large hornet nests, for several weeks, even when these requests were communicated through multiple channels.
- Until we threatened legal action, management did not take action to resolve a dangerous situation created by a threatening neighbor.
- Maintenance did not resolve either case of contaminated water flooding into our bathrooms from the unit above ours. This created a hazardous environment we were not equipped to handle on our own.
- Despite repeatedly requesting maintenance, our stove was out-of-order for a significant portion of our tenancy.
- Riverwalk did not adequately handle its responsibility for safe, hygienic garbage removal. Garbage cans were often overflowing, causing the parking lot to be full of broken glass, kitchen waste, and other hazardous materials. Further, excessive dog waste created an unhygienic environment on lawns, and inadequate snow removal made it dangerous to walk or drive in the parking lot during the winter.
- Despite rent increasing nearly 30% during our tenancy, we felt the quality of life at Riverwalk decreased significantly over time.
- When we communicated these issues to management, our concerns were dismissed and no attempt was made to resolve them.
This is a company that habitually takes advantage of economically disadvantaged community members. Due to recent rent increases, it is likely you can find more affordable options elsewhere. I would strongly encourage renting from a more professional landlord.

Love the management here, and the maintenance here repairers are always done, and Alexis (manager)is amazing. Can talk to her about anything. The apartment always feels like home. I love hearing the birds in the morning and the kids playing in the afternoon.

when this many people live in one place, you're sure to have some issues; however, Alexis will always hear me out if there is an issue, and if it is an issue that can be handled, she immediately gets to work on communicating with all of the residents. It's not an easy task to keep the peace in a community this size, and the positive outlook that she manages her job with really shows through. The maintenance team is absolutely killing it over here. John and Brittany are very quick to respond and resolve maintenance issues. Last year it was so cold that the schools were shut down for at least half a day, and that's when our heater went out, they had to shuffle there schedule to keep their kids taken care of, and John still came over faster than expected, under the circumstances, and made sure to get our heater working. They are easy to talk to, and fun to be around, even though they never have much time to stick around for long.

Alexis at the office is seriously the best person. She has made living here so much better, she actually cares. The apartments used to be horrible but they have turned them around and are great. And they try hard to keep the grounds picked up and clean.Also Jhon and Brittney the maintenance people are amazing at fixing your problems when things come up and they answer pretty fast. Plus there great people.

Peak doesn't care. I reached out and explained our situation (our reapplication was never processed over several months). They stuck our family with thousands of dollars of fees without ever owning up to the incompetence of their employees. Be careful
