Just purchased my first two crates, and we couldn’t be happier! We met with the owner on a weekend, and he was incredibly nice. We have two very high-energy dogs, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The owner even offered for us to bring our dogs in to size the kennels and took the time to show us the strong, sturdy materials they’re made from. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the crates are totally worth the price!

Thank you very much! Very good support and service. We had to switch sizes due to airline requirements and it worked very smoothly with the exchange. Our puppy loves his crate and we are happy to be able to transport him safely to Europe. Installing was super easy and self-explaining. I will keep you updated how the travel went. I would have loved to take the bigger crate so he can keep it until he is fully grown.

TRUCK BLING FOR MY BOO
I didn’t realize how crappy our old crate was until I purchased this lovely, Cadillac of crates. We travel frequently…RV Life. Orbit wasn’t sure nor was I because I have no peeky-hole or way to see him now…really that’s knit picky because the crate is built beautifully and it looks badass. I am sure we will still manage to get a snack through the little holes on the side. I had to get creative with anchoring just one crate 🫢 in the back of the F350 - I love how it fits now. This is the Midnight Black and the k9 model is my Orb 💋 if I am willing to put him in it - you should consider it for your dog. This is the 34”, Orb is 22” at the whithers, weighs 44lb and usually uses a 36” crate. This decision was so he can be comfortable and safe.

Can’t say enough positive about these guys! Sean and his team are awesome. We have an escape artist dog, who figured out how to get out of wire crates, so then we got a collapsible to be able to plan on taking it with us. After he hurt his paw trying to escape this one, but never managed to hurt the crate nor escape, I called and spoke with Sean. He recommended the “separation anxiety” series and it just came. It’s been life changing. No messes inside from him trying to escape or anything. Just a calm puppy in a safe spot through the day where he can’t hurt himself or anything.

I have a 140# german shepherd that has separation anxiety and has caused damage in my home to doors and walls when trying to get out of the house. I ordered the crate for Separation Anxiety and since the first day using it, we have had ZERO issues with him destroying the house. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROCK CREEK CRATES!!

We have been looking for a crate that would allow us to store it when we needed to and make travel easier. I decided to go with Rock Creek Crates and do not regret it! Customer service is top notch! I had an issue with Shop Pay and Rock Creek handled it quickly and kept in touch with me to resolve the issue!

I rescued a Malinois last year and wanted to make sure I got a bomb proof crate for him as they are known escape artists and high anxiety dogs. Looking at the reviews of quality and customer service, choosing Rock Creek was a no brainer, and I was thrilled at the quality once I took delivery of the crate.
Fast forward to today, I now need a collapsible crate as I’m going to be doing a bunch of traveling. Gave them a call to see how soon I could get one and Sean (the owner) answered and was happy to help me out with getting a quicker delivery set up so that I would have my crate before my upcoming trip.
I love supporting a small business especially when a small business puts so much emphasis on customer service. Thanks so much Sean, Enzo and I appreciate you a ton.

If you're trying to decide on a crate - look no further! The Rock Creek Collapsable crate is the most versatile crate I've ever owned. Crash tested, perfect for the car. Secure it to a dolly, perfect for the dog show. Attached the IATA doors, perfect for the flight across country. I was very impressed with the packaging! I knew my crate traveled well - the handles to bring it in from the porch were incredibly handy! Even after I placed my order the AMAZING customer service team saw my email about changing the color: thank you for the SAGE GREEN color!! It is gorgeous and I'm glad my friend and I match now!
My five month old puppy looks so small next to her crate, but I know she will grow into it! ??

We bought a rock creek crate in late summer as a solution for our dog with separation anxiety and it’s working really well. We can actually leave the house and she’s fine. She’s always happy when we get back and let her out, but no more chewed up walls. She’s a husky and we got the 40”or 42” in blue and it works great. Will be getting a collapsible version if we get to take her with us on vacation. Also this crate is very sturdy and everyone who comes over comments on how solid and “legit” it is. Thanks for helping us a find a solution for her and us. Great crate!

Great customer service and a wonderful product. At first we were very hesitant to spend this much money on a kennel; however, now that we have it I can say it was well worth the price. The kennel is very sturdy, looks beautiful, and most importantly it will keep our little guy safe. If you have the money, I would highly recommend this company over similar crates from their competitors.

About a month ago I started looking for a solution to find the perfect travel crate for my 100 lb GSD in a 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. Because of the size of the cargo space, it can be difficult to find a crate that works for it. I couldn’t find the perfect solution at the time, but thanks to Rock Creek Crates, I was able to make my dream crate set up come true.
We now have a collapsible XL crate from Rock Creek Crates and it has been the perfect fit for my Sequoia. Had it custom powder coated in red to match my trucks red interior!

Okay I don’t even know where to start. First BUY THIS. Second their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Our puppy is Houdini and strong for a tiny thing. Broke two crates before we bought this. Attempted to buy an impact and I cannot tell you how grateful and relieved I am I got out of that order, they have terrible communication and give you the run around. The best part? Rock creek had two large orders they were working on when I ordered mine and I was treated the exact same as I’m sure they were. I wasn’t pushed aside for the obviously more profitable order by any means. I was still a priority even buying one measly crate. I will recommend them to every person I pass with a dog, I will shout this from the rooftops if necessary. I am dead serious BUY THIS! You will NOT regret spending the money once you do. The quality is insane. It’s crash tested!! Everything you could think of, they already thought about and implemented or will give you the option to add. Thank you Shawn at Rock Creek for saving my sanity and allowing me to leave my house knowing my puppy cannot hurt himself!
