What amazing customer service I scheduled my appointment for the wrong day and they we’re happy to move it and accommodate me.
Once I was there, the staff was very friendly and opening and wanted to make my experience the best they could

Had a warranty issue with my quarter glass and the team at Safelite in Logan, UT absolutely took care of me. They were professional, honest, and really cool about the whole thing — explained exactly what happened, and even though it wasn’t their fault, they stood behind their work and made it right.
You don’t see that kind of customer service much anymore. Quick turnaround, zero hassle, and genuinely good people to deal with. I’ll definitely keep coming back here and recommend them to anyone needing glass repair or replacement!

Very easy to arrange for at home replacement of my front windshield. My technician Juan was very quick and did a fantastic job. Explained all warranty services to me in a nice manner. Drove to my very rural home in a rain storm. Thankfully, I had a garage he could work in to get out of the rain.

Never go her incompetence staff and a manager who is not around and doesn't answer his phone. I took my car her for a windshield replacement. After i picked it up my factory installed dashcam fell off the windshield it was not reinstalled properly.i went back and they said they would fix it. So they put it on again crooked and slapped it on with out cleaning off either of the surfaces. I asked the very incompetent employee why they put it on crooked and didn't install it right cleaning off the surfaces so it had a chance to stay. They told me they couldn't clean it off with good of or an alcohol base cleaner to remove the existing residue. because it was company policy and dangerous. I think it is because it was it would take more effort and care and that's something this shop does non of. I asked ro talk to the manager. They gave me the number. He never answered his phone. In called the 1800 number and sent in a complaint for them to fix my dashcam. There store manager/ area manager was supposed to call me back the following week, but never did. Instead of driving around with a hanging dash cam forever i had to go and spend more money and pay for goof off and remove the residue and they purchase auto double sided tape after i allready paid them over $1100 to install my new windshield. Its been over two weeks and still have not received a call. The 1800 number said they would be in contact with me in a few days. I would never go to this place. They hire incompetent people that don't care about anything. If they can even install a dashcam right i winder how good the seal is on my $1100 windshield.

Jack and the team in Logan have always been a pleasure to work with. Even though we live out of town and have a couple of cars that can be a challenge, they’ve consistently made the repair process simple, quick, and courteous.
