He noticed that the print had some scuff marks on it and reprinted it quickly. She is always friendly, helpful, kind and has my packages ready for me. If I ever have questions regarding delays she looks the tracking up and assists me. She’s truly an asset to FedEx.
I also have had great luck with receiving my packages on time and even packages processed through this hub to come to my home are never lost and rarely delayed.
