So far the customer service has been great and internet seems to be working great as well. Also the customer service representative Ulysses S. did an amazing job helping with the information I needed and Im more than satisfied with everything.

I give for stars because the reps that helped me , Leandro , was great. Even called me back to confirm that the appointment date was okay for me . However, my connection was offline for couple days. Last year I had a similar issue . My connection was super super super slow for days at the point I couldn’t stream not even music ..honestly , the customer service reps are pretty good ! But in 2025 it’s not okey to be without a working internet connection for more than 72 hours ( weekdays)

One of the worst WiFi service providers I’ve used. I pay for it through my apartment complex; I can’t get on a Google meet call and multitask on tabs while I work from home 😭😭

Handling of my recent technical issue was superb; quick response and very pleasant/helpful/knowledgeable staff. The problem was resolved and importantly I got the impression that these people owned the problem and were driving it to it’s resolution. Nice.

Great customer service! Brian Pinales has great customer service. I called Smartaira about an issue I had with my remote. He walked me through the process of resetting my remote and was very patient with me. Now I can use my Direct-TV remote with ease. Thank you, Brian.
