There's always some issue every time I go. It's rarely an in-and-out visit. Most of the staff are unfriendly. It's a bit better since they started bagging up prescriptions beforehand (which is why I rate them as high as I do) but they seem reluctant to work with doctors. Never seem to get my meds correctly set up on auto-refill.

The people are always nice to us. They try to help us in a timely manner although Kroger is not giving them enough staff. I still love these guys. They help me with my Bubble packs and any problems I encounter. They work really hard to get me my meds.

These guys are friendly and very helpful. I make this my preferred pharmacy and I live 15 miles away.

Very helpful when it is needed.
When the doctor's orders are heeded.
There was a rhyme here that was seeded.
The outside bushes need weeded.
Sorry, it was just one of those days
And I need feeded.

Smiths has messed up 5 of my scripts since 2022. Today, pharmacist "Gena" lost her temper with me and hung up.
You do not hang up after 60 seconds on any customer miss thang!

I have been looking for my favorite ice tea at both Smith's stores for over two weeks. Nobody would really help me. I went in this morning and found Judy stocking and asked her if any of my tea was in the back. She went and found two gallons for me. Finally someone who cares about the customer and actually helped!

Logan Utah pharmacy.Rude. Condescending. Never seen such terrible attitudes on employees in a service industry. They all appear to hate their jobs and it shows.Really good store. Really bad pharmacy.

They used to be so helpful when getting all your prescriptions ready, if the doctor doesn't call to refill the prescriptions, they used to call them or send a fax to remind them, but they leave it up to you now, and for months they said I wasn't paying for my prescriptions, but I did every time. I had to start saving every receipt to prove that I paid, plus some of them are not very nice, or understanding, they definitely do not admit when they are wrong, and they don't even care if they lost your business, it's heart breaking when you've been going there your entire life. This is the only pharmacy from Smiths I have had this experience with, every where else treats you like you're apart of the family! Everyone is the same, we are no different, we all come from the same place, if your in that profession, really think clearly of what others may be going through, especially if they are at a pharmacy.
