Got to the drive through pharmacy before close and waited for a long time in line. Long enough that the person in front of me left with two minutes till close they saw me pull up and ignored me for 2 minutes, then called the cup up the tube and left me in the drive thru without telling me they were closed I had to Google the hours of operation since they weren't posted anywhere Icould see

We had 2 carts, one of which was an electric cart because I can’t walk very far. No check stand was open and only one set of self-check lines was open. We didn’t know what to do. We had vegetables and fruit that all needed to be weighed. My wife and I have never done self check out. The one worker that was standing there didn’t offer to help. Instead of getting a 3rd cart to help us, he just pointed to all the other carts and said we could go get another if we wanted to. Whoever manages this store really dropped the ball. We were just finishing when the only checker that was there that night slowly walked in and said he was at supper. Holy crap! What a poorly piloted ship full of people who didn’t give a crap! I’m never going back. You don’t even deserve one star. This is the store on 4th north in Logan and it was the evening of Sat May 31st, 2025.

For the life of me I’ll never understand how 5 or 6 employees can be working there but only one person is running the cash register (occupied by a customer with a problem) and all of the employees can see that a 9-month-pregnant woman is the only person in line and very uncomfortably standing in line for over 15 minutes to get one prescription that would be a one minute transaction max. Why on earth wouldn’t another person come to one of their 3-4 registers to get that woman her meds? The wait is ridiculous almost every single time for how many employees they have in there but never enough registers going. If you’re looking to pick a pharmacy I would try to pick one with better customer service.

Staff is always helpful. Yesterday I received extraordinary service from Alyssa who called my doctor's office while I was there, then expeditiously followed up and called me back to get the prescription taken care of within the hour. She was cheerful and knowledgeable. This young lady deserves praise and a raise!

They've always been great about getting my prescriptions right and on time. They do have some problems with their system though. Twice they say I have no refills when I know the doctor sent them, I think they just scan them but then forget I never came to pick them up. Either way, usually a decent pharmacy

I wait a minimum of 20 minutes every time I come to pickup a prescription here. The wait time in the drive through is terrible.

Smiths pharmacy is by far the most outstanding pharmacy around. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! I had a medication question and the pharmacist took the time to understand my situation by asking me questions and then gave stellar advice. I felt so heard! He made my day. Thanks Smiths for being the outlier in all you do ?

They refuse to fill my Prescriptions as I need them. I send in Prescriptions for needles stating that I need a certain syringe size and cannot use the standard and yet they rarely give me the size I require.

They fill prescriptions fast, they don't keep you waiting. They also have a drive up window. All the people I've met that work in a Smith's pharmacy have been super kind.
