I have recently been going here to do some online returns. It normally is pretty smooth. The last two times I've had to unpackage my box and they count it before re-packaging and sending it. I thought that was kind of weird? And it takes a lot more time...i just like to go in and out! But it is nice that they are able to process and send returns.

Called ahead of time to make sure they had filing cabinets before driving 30 minutes one way to pick one up, only to find when I get there that they don't have what I need.Always order what you need on Amazon. They have better selection and better prices.

I was most fortunate to call Saturday evening to see if I could fax very important documents before Monday. Ariel took my call and informed me I could do the faxing on Sunday. This young professional amazed me. Very astute. Very kind. Taught me quickly on how to use the fax equipment. Wonderful experience. I won't go anywhere else.

Consistently have received low quality products here. I went to return some thing that I bought for $20 and so they gave me back a gift card for $4.77. So I bought a drink with it and I guess they kept the other $1.30. Realize I probably could've sold the thing online for more but I couldn't redo that transaction. There system also never was able to update my loyalty number or bring up any transactions.

Went in today to print off a large order on some unique paper for a project. Every employee in the store was patient, kind, and very helpful. They did their best to assist everyone during a rush of print orders. I think they handled everything professionally. Absolutely will use them again for their printing services.

I ordered went to the store to get a calculator but they were out of stock. No biggy, right? Well, they told me that they could order it to my home or the store and since I love close, I asked for it to be ordered to the store. I was with them at the computer when they did the whole transaction and then they gave me the receipt. They then advised me I would either get it the next day or the day after. Well, 4 days later, I still don't have it. I went in on the second day after ordering it assuming it would be there by then and they told me that it wasn't there but would call or email me when it arrived.On day 4, I called the store to which they seemed confused and sent me to customer service. Customer service put me through the ringer and finally "resolved" the situation by telling me that I could order the calculator over the phone now and get it in about 4-5 days. I told them I already did all of this in the store and they just told me that the order wasn't complete on my end. Weird because I did everything the store clerks told me to do and then they sent me on my way. I also never received a call, text, or email (main inbox and junk mail) telling me that I needed to do more on my end. Not sure where the disconnect is but I needed that calculator yesterday for an exam I am taking in 2 days and will have to express order on Amazon with hopes to get it soon.I also expressed these frustrations (calmly) to the customer service representative who just kept telling me it was not complete but that I could give him my card information and complete it now. I said that this doesn't resolve my issue and that I would need to take my business elsewhere. He told me he understood and wished me a good day. The end.
