Update: I went in today because of course nobody called me, At first the lady said that they had already given me my pants. After I went over everything again with her she made a call and turns out my pants were at a completely different dry cleaners. They had me drive over there to go get them.
I have my pants so no harm no foul, but I will definitely not be going there ever again.
I'm about as frustrated as I can be. My experience has had so many issues and now it looks like I'm out a $500 suit. I will be looking into a small claims suit.
1st mistake - whoever took my information down at the beginning got my number wrong so nobody notified me my suits were done.
2nd mistake - when I go in they've confused my suits with somebody else's order and it takes a while for them to figure it all out but the lady still can't find a pair of my suit pants.
She gets my right phone number and tells me so let me know right away when they get it figured out.
3rd mistake - two days later I go in and I'm informed that the manager is not there and there's nothing about any pants for me. They will let their manager know and she'll call me right away.
4th mistake - I go in today and I'm told there's still nothing about a pair of pants and she would text her manager but they close in 5 minutes.
I have been more than understanding and I understand that mistakes happen but I leave out of town tomorrow morning for a week short one suit and very upset. Pretty sure they've lost my pants and are just going to give me the runaround.

Not sure what to say. They took my suit and tie. Cleaned and pressed it. It looks great and they got it back to me in 3 days. Thank you!

I gave them my 2 suits and they told me it would be done next week. I found out I would need them much sooner so I gave them a call and accommodated me and put the suits on fast track and delivered to me before I needed them! They are super helpful and my suits look amazing!

They have taken especially good care of our clothing for years. They replaced some missing buttons on a coat, they carefully pressed many of my pleated skirts perfectly, and they often have clothes ready sooner than expected. My husband and I really appreciate their attention to detail.Service: Laundry wash & fold

It’s not in my nature to write bad reviews, if I have a bad customer service experience I just try to move on and hope it’ll be better the next time. But this was ridiculous.I understand the complications w renovating and having to share locations w another dry cleaner, but three weeks for three items of clothing is a bit outrageous, especially when it was originally estimated to be just one week. And when it was ready, I never received a text like they said, I had to go into both locations every other day and ask- and when I tried to call no one answered. Not to mention y’all lost one of my dresses and I had to go into the other location to physically help them look, until it was chalked up to the fact it was u guys who entered it into the system wrong. After that it was an additional day for u guys to find it, and another two til I could come pick up becuz ur system was down and u could only take cash.The employees were nice but the service was dismal. Will not be a repeat customer.

Highly recommend this place. I had my linen dress dry cleaned and many of my husband’s nice shirts laundered - they did a great job! Quick service. Told it would take a wk… sometimes it’s ready in a few days. Totally worth it. Love it.

This place is the worst! They don’t even clean their own customers fabric anymore. All of it is sent over to your valet. Aside from that they don’t make good on their promises. I called 3 times to ensure it would be done and they confirmed every time. When I came in to pick it up they didn’t even have it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great experience! Took a coat in with a broken zipper and they replaced the zipper in just a couple days! Friendly, helpful, fast service. Highly recommend!

Loved them before but they have gone down hill. Paid for my husband's suit to be cleaned and when I brought it home it had the same dirty spots it did before. They weren't hard ones to get out either.

Took my white $900 comforter to get cleaned took them 30 days came back brown and ruined I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I be going back.

Took a 3 piece suit to be cleaned. They said it would be ready in a week. It was ready in 5 days. Cost was $22ish. Dont know if that was good or bad. Stains came out of the suit. I would go there again. They have a drive through.Service: Clothes pressing

I have used Superior Cleaners for over 20 years. Kathryn and Steven were amazing. However, note that with the sale the beginning of 2022 it is no longer a family business but instead a drop/pickup location for Your Valet who purchased them. I used Your Valet on two occasions with terrible service and very high pricing. The collar button was ripped out of one of my husbands shirts leaving a hole. Every item I had dry cleaned had to be re ironed at home before wearing.I will be scheduling my trips south to accommodate dropping off dry cleaning in Ogden. So sad to lose a local quality business.Services: Laundry wash & fold
