I would love to give a huge shout out to Bridger and the store manager Cody for all there work and dedication to help me get out of a 2 year nightmare called Verizon. I got bait and switched by the Verizon store in Preston I put over 12 hours in a phone switch and 2 years of trying to fix the mess I'm out $800 trade in with Verizon. Bridger and Cody talked to me like a friend not just another customer. I love the Customer service with T-Mobile and all the customer service I got from these guys. If your with another carrier go see these guys they probably can save you money they saved me a lot on my monthly bill as well. Same great service less per month and great customer service no spending hours lost in phone robots T-Mobile is amazing!

Hate coming into this store for any reason! Every time I come in there's only 1 person working. Come to find out this is a franchised T-Mobile and it shows, the north store has more staff working and actually helps me with my account and questions I have on my bill, couldn't get the time of day from Bridger when he was the only person working there.

I just went into this store to buy a phone. 2 associates were helping other customers. I understand that. 1 customer buying 4 phones the other customer buying i believe several and the associate doing his up sale My only complaint is customer service very poor. I love T-Mobile and one of the reasons is customer service. NOT ONCE did they even acknowledge I was even in the store. Not HI we will be with you in a moment. We have seats over in the corner if you would like to wait over there. And we will be with you as soon as you can. But then I guess I was only in there to buy 1 phone finally I can't even compete with the sale of 4 phones. I can' even begin to tell you how many years we have be with T-Mobile. I hope when I go back in these 2 have the day off.

Went in to the store to buy my new phone and Bridger helped me out. He was super helpful, kind, got me everything I needed to have, and knew all of the answers to all of my questions! Excellent customer service!!

Went in to add a line. While I was there the salesman told me that when you add a line, you get a line for free. I didn't need an extra line, and have not used that line at all. Sim card isn't even in a phone. I recently discovered that the additional line wasn't free, and they have been charging me for it for 9 months. Called T-Mobile and they confirmed that there was a promotion at the time for a free line. However, they didn't want to refund me money for the 9 months that they have been charging me for the line. 2 phone calls and 3 hours on the phone later and it still isn't resolved.Update- Hi Cody- in response to you saying I didn't give you the chance to fix the problem at the store.... I called the store and left a message with one of your guys. He said they would call me the next day since it was closing time. I never heard from anyone. The next day I came to the store but left because I waited 15 minutes without being helped. Yeah, I did eventually get the owed credit from calling customer service. However, it was a fight, and very time consuming. Pretty unimpressed with TMobile's willingness to make things right. Felt like I was bartering in a border town. Owed me $270. Offered me $100. After fighting, they escalated the request to management. They called me 4 days later and gave an additional $60. After more fighting the additional $110. I have been with T-Mobile for over 20 years. Unfortunately, cell phone companies treat new customers better than existing customers.

I went to this particular T-Mobile store to return 2 iPhones as instructed by both email and text directly from T-Mobile. When I told the employee, Riley, why we were there he stated that they do not accept iPhones for promotional returns, but could provide packing for the phones. I stated perfect, then let's do that, and I'll contact T-Mobile about the errant instruction reviewed by email and text. He then proceeded to ask me to leave the premises. Which I did. My wife how ever stayed behind and calmly gave him an earful of how bad his customer service was. His excuse was that I had threatened to contact T-Mobile, and he did not want a bad review. Well, sorry Riley, you are now going to get a bad review, and yes I did call T-Mobile and report the incident. I would never recommend this T-Mobile store. If you need T-Mobile service in Logan, go to the North Store.

Rylan Draper in the south Logan store was incredible. His communication, patience, and service in general was so appreciated. There aren't many people out there like that, I hope he gets a raise! Thanks for the great service.

I visited the T-Mobile store in South Logan twice in one week and each time Bridger helped me. He was so patient with me and helped me to understand our bill. He had an answer for each d*** question I asked. ? I was very pleased with the way Bridger welcomed me into the store, apologized for the small wait, and then explained my bill to me. Thank you Bridger for all you done for me!

Rylan helped us out in a bind when we could not get the SIM card tray removed from our old backup phone because our current phone was stolen. Just a good guy who helped someone in need!!

Loved the service we received from River. He was professional and courteous. He was able to keep 2 different activities going with 2 different customers. Customer service can be a challenge for anyone. He was able to handle TMo CS firmly but friendly. Enjoyed talking to him while he waited for things to happen. He gets this rating for TMo

After visiting the store twice for the same issue that is yet to be resolved I was rudely asked to leave. The second day I can in I was clearly annoyed with the situation for not being fixed and for getting the run around of it’s not our issue it’s apples yet apple is saying it’s not an iPhone issue it’s the carriers problem. They wouldn’t even help. They sent a text to my phone and said yep it’s clearly working and your not the account other so leave. And that was it. Nothing was done and the customer service was absolute terrible. I wish I would have caught the names of the men working. Nothing was resolved and no phone carrier is great but we are now looking elsewhere for phone service.
