Took my enduro in, told them it seemed like a fuse was blown as there was no power to handle bar items like speedo, turn sigs etc. They got to it quick, then called a couple hours later saying its fixed and I could come get it. They charged me $145.78 to replace two fuses. They didn't change anything else. When I got home the same two fuses blew again immediately! I sold the bike for less than what it was worth to someone who thought they could fix it. Thank goodness, as this would have been a back and forth nightmare getting charged at least $125/hr (plus two fuses at $6) every time they look at it with no guarantee it would ever be truly fixed. Notice on the paperwork it shows $140.17 was charged and paid but on the CC receipt, $145.78, Whatever "dual pricing" is, cost me $5.61. Won't ever go back.
-Resp 1 - Well, here's a clear example of what you have to look forward to if you bring your bike to Torque Motorsports, lies and miss truths. I brought a second bike, a YZ426 when I picked up the supposed "fixed" enduro, thinking they were quick to fix it and I would bring them more work (only to find out it wasn't fixed at all and I never gave them a time limit request as he claims, I needed it fixed as I had a potential buyer coming the next day). The bike needed a carb adjustment to get it to run. The agreement with the young man at the shop was that they were going to provide a free estimate of the work before proceeding with any work (as per their website). A week later, the owner called me saying he had already done a leak down test and taken the float bowl off to look at the jets. It didn't need a leak-down test as this is a kick-start bike only and if you can't kick it over, the rings and valve seats are good as is the case with my bike. It has a decompression lever to get the piston past TDC when starting it. I was surprised that he had started to run up a bill when he was not authorized to do so. So it turns out the "free 1hr diagnostic on a second bike" was never supposed to have happened in the first place, was needless and provided no help to actually fixing the bike. There was no "repeated aggression" toward any staff of his. Only discussion as to why you have to find the root cause of a fuse blowing and not just change the fuse. If they don't like a comment about their inability to fix something, it's "aggression". He never refused service because he was never authorized to work on it in the first place. I could see this wasn't going to work out and I came and picked up the bike the next morning from the young man staff member without any issues. Hence, I'll never go back and would never recommend Torque Motorsports to any of my riding buddies, instead, I have horror stories to tell them.

I spend $400 for this shop to fix a simple electrical issue on my motorcycle and they failed. They know they failed when they dropped it back off at my house and they left it here anyways, in a broken condition.
I had been trying to find this electrical problem for a while, but I finally decided I was out of tools to diagnose it. I had these guys pick it up over 2 weeks ago and a week ago they finally got it on the lift for diagnosis and repair. Their software discovered that the motorcycle wasn't putting out an engine speed signal while on the starter. Through a little more troubleshooting they discovered 2 wires in the electrical connector to the wiring harness were not making good contact. They "fixed" that and called me for payment of $400.
Finally they said they'd dropped it off Monday, but didn't. I called them Tuesday and Wednesday to find out why, but they didn't pick up Wednesday night they called and said they'll drop it off tomorrow. To my surprise, I found it out front on my way to work Thursday morning (It would've been nice to take delivery personally).
When I tried to start it, all excited that my electrical issue is fixed, it cranked but wouldn't turn over. I charged the battery back up and tried again, no luck. We called them today (Friday) and they said to try a couple other things on our own and then call them if that doesn't work. I won't be doing that. I've wasted $400 ($125/hr labor rate. Kinda pricey). Who knows how much else they'll have me spend to receive a broken product? I'll be soldering a new connector in myself.

Dropped off my jeep a month ago. Got called last week. Told what it was going to cost to fix it that the warranty only covered the parts. I checked with a manufacturer that was not true. Let them know I’d be up here today Monday to pick it up, they said that it wasn’t ready to go. They had to put it together, so we went to lunch came back. The jeep was not put together. The mechanic wanted to sit and argue and yell and swear and call people names. Told me that needed a new engine when It came in for an oil leak around Seal. Picked up the machine it was in pieces. They didn’t put anything back together.

Torque Motorsports, the owner—Steve—really missed the mark on the customer service and service they provided me. If you are new to motorcycles, mopes, scooters, then this is not the shop I would recommend.
I initially dropped off my moped/scooter on 04/16 for a tune up. Being uneducated with motorcycles, I was unsure how to ask for a seasonal maintenance/service. I figured they, as the experts, would provide a general idea of what constitutes a tune up and what an estimated price would be. Steve estimated the price range to be around $150-350 depending on my scooter—2011 Honda PCX—but mentioned that was generally a higher price for high end motorcycles. Steve also mentioned the general wait time was two weeks.
When I brought in my scooter, Steve’s former employee quoted me around $350-450 for a tuneup and rear tire change that was recommended. I figured that was a fair price in total considering parts, services, etc.
It took a month before they even decided to work on it. I kept having to call to get an update on their expected time, and every time I called there was miscommunication as to what services I was seeking. They either do not have a system to keep track of the services a customer requested, refused to acknowledge my business since it was just a scooter not a real “motorcycle,” or were simply negligible regarding their service to me. They kept thinking all I wanted done was the rear tire change, which was recommended after I brought it in, and that I did not want a tune up—the whole reason I came to their shop.
Finally, after almost a month, they started working on it and priced me for the tire change and tune up . . . their actual quote, since apparently they provide those, was above $750–$625 if you discount the tire purchased!! The price is 3/4 of what I paid for the scooter. I decided to just get my tire changed and not do the tuneup—basically forced to because they apparently all of the sudden had begun working on it and it was too late. They charge $125 hourly for labor. I am new, but apparently it takes an hour and forty-five minutes to change just the rear tire on a scooter because the overall price for the labor they charged me was $231.25. They also charge a $20 shop fee, for what I do not know; I doubt it should be storing the vehicle because they are the ones taking longer than agreed upon to deliver the services a customer is requesting and paying for.
Overall, I had a bad experience with Torque Motorsports and the services they provided me. I do not recommend them, especially if you are new. Looking at some of the most recent reviews, it seems like others have experienced issues similar to my own—$700 for a battery replace, late delivery on service, miscommunication, damages to property, etc. I recommend “shopping” around town as the dependable service, reliable company, and free consultation information provided on their website is just for show.

Took my one of a kind Harley in was having battery issues . they put a new battery in it 700.00 bill and They left my custom Harley out in the rain . My stereo is ruined have standing water in my saddle bags my custom seat is ruined as well . And the owner Steve isn't returning my calls . Don't bring your bike here as they won't take care of it . If you want video I have it please contact me on FB and I'll send it to you . Becky told me my Harley was left out in the rain for 2 days . So them came and picked up my bike detailed it said the Bluetooth was working upon them dropping it off the Bluetooth wouldn't even turn on . Owner said it's not his problem. Totally unacceptable as it was working fine before he left it out in the rain for two days and the amp was under water . Also when he picked it up he said it was his number 1 priority which was a lie . I gave him a chance to make things right and he seems like the type of person that will do as little as possible for his customers . I'll be filing a report with the Better business Bureau . If you value your Motorcycle I wouldn't take it here as my Custom Harley was neglected and wasn't fixed after his actions .

Do your homework with this one, look close at the reviews Becky is absolutely fantastic to work with that said the owner Steve is quite the other issue. During my experience 3 months plus,I was lied to misquoted, missed delivery dates, missed delivery times when I was to bring motorcycle to deliver the. N the end I had to call the sheriff to settle the bill, all I'm saying is buyer beware. We'll see how the finished product comes out.

These guys were amazing! I brought my Polaris Slingshot in for some repairs and they were super helpful and friendly. They even went above and beyond and washed and waxed it and checked my tire pressure and got that where it needed to be. ???
