I wish I could give 0 stars because what an absolute joke this has been. Will absolutely never use U-Haul or this place again. We made a reservation 3 months ago, confirmed one month ago, and then got a call two days before (right before they closed) saying they don't have a truck and haven't had one in weeks and that my only option is to drive 2 hours away and pick one up (I was the one who had to then call around and find myself a truck). No compensation for gas, absolutely no help from U-Haul or the people at this location. When they called to tell me there was no truck, they said they have been calling and trying to find one but were having no luck, but it took us less than 20 minutes to find one so they weren't actually trying. No one at U-Haul has any idea how things work, the local business says corporate has to change all the reservations and corporate says I need to talk to the local manager.

Had the worst time trying to get a Uhaul. After I booked online a couple days before, I then went to the agreed location during "business hours" and no one was there. My truck was there however I had to do the self check out. I tried following the steps but it could not recognize my ID. I thorn tried to call someone at their online help desk and they tried to refer me to a location that was 50+ miles away to get a different truck. I ended up canceling my order and just using several troops in a pick up truck.

The guys there are so awsome. They really helped my family out when the manger in Ogden, Ut went crazy on us. They only reason I'll use uhaul again.

I think this place is just a mechanic shop now. Anyways I was putting air in my tires next door and I walked over to see their prices on oil changes. Very reasonable. $36 for a basic oil change. I asked the guy how much it is to do the check engine diagnostics. He told me he thinks it's BS that mechanics even charge for that and did it for free right there! It turns out the only thing wrong was that my gas cap wasn't screwed on tight. He just saved me at least $60. I know where I'm going when my car needs work!

They were really great. I showed up to pick up my trailer 10 minutes before closing and the ball hitch wasn't on my car. The manager was willing to wait while I ran to Napa to get the part, and then hooked the trailer up for me and made sure all the parts worked. I am very thankful that he was willing to take the time and go home late on a Friday night. I will go to these guys again in a heartbeat.
