I was in contact with ula 2022 when my backpack broke on the pct.Excellent customer service, quick help and top repairs. They even kept the backpack for me and sent it back to another location.The backpack itself is really excellent.

The Catalyst is super comfortable and room for all my gear including bear can inside while on my JMT 2022 section hike Bishop Pass to Kearsarge Pass/Onion Valley. Highly recommend this pack!
