Travis the intern was fabulous. He helped me with my physical load but also was very supportive when I ended up emotionally loading as well. I had a million things and he handled them all great. Also location had always been very patient and helpful with all my Amazon returns

This was my first visit to this UPS store. I was greeted by Travis. He was smiling, nice and professional. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed to deliver some very important documents as quickly as possible. He had me check the address 3 times to make sure everything was correct after the computer auto-corrected the zip code. I would absolutely use this UPS location again in the future based on my visit today.

Daniel helped me while I was returning some Amazon items, and he was incredibly helpful and positive. I had a few mistakes in my QR codes, and he took the time to help me figure everything out without any pressure or awkwardness. His patience and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service!

I returned a package from amazon and was met with exceptional service. Daniel helped me print off the shipping label correctly and even taped the label on the package for me. Daniel was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job!
