Excessively difficult to reach an operator via the customer service. Called them no human was available and I got tired of getting the run around from a machine. Horrible customer service. Had to google the bank hours and never spoke with an operator

As banks go, this branch is great. The people were very helpful. Although there were not many personnel there when I visited, they managed to cope with the load very well. The wait times were much shorter than I expected. They were also very friendly and made me feel like time flew by.

The loan officer in this region and at this branch is super slow and inattentive when it comes to getting you a mortgage. Other than that, I have been happy with the services provided here.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I've tried closing my accounts 3 times and each time someone says they have been closed, I get notified a month later about negative balances in the mail that the accounts AREN'T closed and now require me to pay balances to close them AGAIN. I've now been charged 3 times to close accounts that shouldn't have been accruing a balance in the first place if they had been closed right the FIRST time.

Usbank as a whole is a wonderful place to bank, this location is friendly and helpful, anytime you have to call us bank customer service it is us based. Usbank is the best bank I've ever been with, they are friendly and personable. They care about your financial future, and will help you reach your goals.

Don't know what's with this bank. They never get anything right. Most recent they were not supposed to charge maintenance fees anymore along with other things. Well last month was $6.95 in maintenance fee, this month was $14.95. They never fixed my withdrawal from another bank, the fees and a possible car loan etc. When I'm done paying for my vehicle I'll never give my business to this bank ever again. I rather pay a high car loan payment then pay less with this bank.

I had a fraud issue and they just tried to blame it on my dad and refused to get my money out of my account so I could leave

Every single person that works here is incompetent I’ve been here at least 6 or 7 times for the exact same reason and still nothing was done! If I could rate it with a zero star I would! Stay clear US bank is horrid
