A lady working in postal truck 2205607 on November 23, 2024, harassed me and my dog while on a walk he had use the bathroom while I was waiting on picking up. She started videotaping me and yelling at me about my dog and that I am an awful owner. She kept taking pictures of me and my dog on 193 W. 700 N.

UPDATE: Managed to get a hold of them through a service request and was able to pick up my package. They still have very limited options for contact and you have to jump through a lot of hoops to get a hold of them.
Package is being sent back to the sender due to "insufficient address" though I put in my apartment number. There's NO way to contact them to intercept and my package was already delayed with minimal updates for days. They closed 10 minutes after I got the update and now it's a Saturday so the package will most likely be sent all the way back.

You can't cash a Postal Service Money Order at the Post Office!! Weird. Why? Because they never have enough money in their till. Even at end of day AND when their card reader is broken, and everyone has to only use cash!! Don't they have a safe or something with money, to cover paying out the money orders that they recieved money from when said money order was purchased? Besides the older female mail clerck behind the counter being completly indifferent to my dilemma, they offer no solution.
AND they don't answer their phones direct line, even when they have zero customers. Boo USPS. My Grampa was a mail carrier until he retired, so I do have respect for the USPS. Not inpressed with my Logan Branch though. Oh and if my mail carrier for my house would quit throwing my packages, especially record boxes, on my porch and damaging them, that would be great! ya.

I know they don’t care about the reviews, but here I go anyways. Some packages have been refused delivery and some of my packages are being delivered. They supposedly sent one of packages back to Amazon when they refused delivery on it but since I never got refunded I called Amazon. They also don’t know where it is. Since then two more of my packages have mysteriously gone missing. The Logan Supervisor assured me that they would redeliver one of the packages and it never happened. Be aware if they are saying packages are undeliverable it’s because they are stealing them and not actually trying to redeliver them or return them to sender.

Very friendly but when u guarantee one day or any day that it will get there it needs to be there. I got one day delivery for my package it did not get delivery the next day going on three days now. We spend money to get out stuff to where it's going and we get ripped off that's not fair. Don't guatantee something if it's not going to get there when it's supposed to. It's important to me and u guys blew it I am beyond 😠 😡 😤.

If your first language is not English, do not come here without an interpreter. I’ve meet the nicest people in Utah, but specially in this place there’s a lady who didn’t respect me enough. I said hello, and immediately I asked for if there were someone who speaks Spanish. She said “we are not doing this anymore “, after that, she stared to make ugly faces, she was so rude. Hope she can read this and change, it’s not nice doing that. ??
