I received an advertisement from the USU Campus Store in my email. One of the items was a long sleeve T-shirt. Regular price is $24.99. The t-shirts were supposedly on sale for 17.49. I was charged full price. I then emailed a complaint and I have not heard back.

I called the USU Campus Store this morning to ask if they had Mountain West Champions T-shirts. They said yes. I immediately headed to the store, (arriving about 5-10 minutes after my call) looked for the shirts and didn't see them. I asked a clerk and she didn't know if they had them. We walked across the hall to the other store and she asked another clerk, who didn't know. The first clerk asked a manager and was told they didn't have the shirts. You have a communications problem.

Oliver and Patrick in the Tech Service center were stellar! I spilled soda on my laptop that caused some sticky keys. They fixed it no problem! I'd go to them for all my tech needs.

Don't buy apple products or even get them repaired from here. Got a Mac with a defective screen, they replaced it but when I get it back it makes a clacking sound when I set in the table plus it is now scratched, take it back and the other tech found the first tech hadn't screwed a screw down all the way, get it back and now it still makes the noise, take it back and now the tech has to reseat the bottom panel and said the other tech didn't seat it properly, I get it back and now there is another scratch and it makes weird snapping noises. I just ended up taking it to the official Apple store in Farmington and they said the techs at the USU store are at fault for the noise and both scratches and afterwards they finally properly fixed the bottom panel to the chassis. Don't be stupid like me and get anything from here. Buy your stuff elsewhere and don't take anything in for repair here.

DO NOT purchase apples products from here. They charge a restocking fee, which apple does not. And if for any reason your mac has a warranty issue they will not work with you to fix the problem. They send you to apple, who unfortunately won’t help either because you purchased the device from a “third party.” Apple sends you right back to the Aggie store where they aren’t willing to help their students.

I visited the grad fair and was disappointed to see only the Army and Airforce stole were available. When I inquired about stoles and honor cords, I was informed I could find them on line. They are nowhere to be found on the bookstore website.

I really love that Utah State University has a campus store. Being an Aggie fan it is amazing to see how much stuff they have. I love being able to go there and browse and see what I want to purchase. I know I can go there and get stuff to show my Aggie pride. Once an Aggie always an Aggie. GO AGGIES The campus store has everything I need.

I placed an order over a month ago for two shirts and a pair of joggers. A month passed by and I still hadn't received my order so I reached out to the Campus store. They told me that two of the items I ordered were no longer in stock and that they would be unable to get them back in stock and out to me. This was really frustrating to hear. Especially because no one reached out to let me know. They also did not compensate me in any way for the inconvenience. When I asked when I should receive the other shirt I ordered they told me that it should arrive in a few days. A few days have passed and still no shirt. I love USU and love to buy merchandise but am worried about placing future orders online. Really wish this was handled better.

Textbooks are the same price as most places, but other styff is super pricey, like other campus stores. My main issue is that most semesters I order my books online as soon as they allow so I can get the used or rental versions only to go pick up my order and have them replaced with brand new ones or nonrental and having the surprise of my account charged hundreds of $ more. The one or two times I decided not to order online they only had new copies left or no copies left when I went to get them on the first day of semester. I don't appreciate being told I could get a certain price for textbooks and then being charged well over the amount originally paid. If it was a few dollars or so thats not unreasonable but they should let you know or not even offer used or rental version if they won't have them before charging your account hundreds of dollars more than what you originally paid. Not all of us have an extra $300 laying around at the start of semester every semester. I also ordered to pick up all at once but it kept getting split into more and more pick up where I had to keep coming back to pick up multiple orders. I wish there was an option to say I want them all together and please don't split them up

Large commercial space packed with a plethora of university branded swag and clothing for all ages. There is even an ice cream counter inside scooping Aggie Ice Cream for those in need of refreshment.
