Young girl knew how to help me open a new CD. When she looked up my accounts, she could see that I was a member of the presidents club. I opened another CD for 60 months at almost 4.5 %. She clarified how the accounts for 60 and 48 months were doing. The 48 month is going to end at the end of April2024. If the CD are still high, I will renew the CD and let it stay the same..or go for a couple of years...depending on my health.The USU (Golden West) credit union is the best for it's members, and I consider their rates in comparison with the others and treat us in a more personal and pleasant way, than the Bank I've been with for more than 50 years.Thanks for being the best! She helped me by printing last years interest gain for my taxes. I've always been treated like a person, and a part of the company (family).

Rachel S. at the 1000 N location was GREAT to work with on my auto loan. She really went above and beyond to make everything as streamlined and as low maintenance as possible. All my questions and concerns were answered in a matter of minutes via email. To my surprise, I even ended up with a lower APR than I was expecting! 5/5 would love to work with her again.

The workers here in Logan Utah all are awesome I never had a problem with them very professional, always treat you like one of the family, always service you with a smile I would recommend them to everyone I know if I had to rate them from 1-10...definitely they're 10!
