The new pharmacist is completely rude and not very good treating people with respect. I needed a refill of my insulin and had it done on the app. It said they would contact my dr. And have it refilled. So I went in 4 days later and he said it wasn’t ordered and that they would get it called into my dr Tuesday because Monday is a holiday, I told him I have to take it at the same time every week and if I miss out skip a day, just go from that day as my new week. The pharmacist basically said my Dr is a liar and that I could go 5 days before changing my date, which makes no sense being that I take it once a week. He had no compilation and said what he said was right so I could wait until Wednesday to get my insulin. He treated me like I was below him and he was in charge. I miss the old pharmacist, whom was very nice and compassionate. Just because he went to college don’t make him any better than anyone who hasn’t, and he needs to realize we trust our Dr. and when the pharmacist says you Dr. don’t know better than here does is very disgraceful and discriminating. I will be looking for a different pharmacy with any other pharmacist. Thank you for hearing my rant.

Nothing like calling into the pharmacy to request a prescription refill, since the automated system is not working just to get hung up on over 12 times, without being able to speak with a representative. Your phone system leaves alot of room for improvement.

Patient consult room was filthy. Trash hadn’t been emptied for several days and full of stuff from giving sots. Trash eas on floor around the garbage can. Floor was dirty and hadn’t been swept for some time or mopped in weeks. Staff were efficient and competent but the floor out in the main store was way cleaner than in patient treatment room.

It just seems so ridiculous to me but you can come into the Walgreens here and at any time of day not be able to find a single staff member ever. And when you find a staff member, they treat you like you are the worst person who has ever lived and that what you are doing seeking help from them is the worst thing that anybody could ever do to you. Not to mention if you're ready to leave and you're ready to buy the stuff that you are going to purchase and you go up to the checkout counter at any time of day during their long business hours, you can bet on the fact that you will probably sit there waiting for a good 10 or 20 minutes for a staff member to finally come up and help you with your purchase. I have actively caught staff members rushing around corners to avoid me or other patrons of the store. Somebody's got to fix this because I'm at the point where this is my Pharmacy and the most convenient place for me to get my things that are available at walgreens. But at the same time I end up wasting the most time at Walgreens because there's never any staff at the cash register, and you just can't ever find any staff in the actual store. It makes you wonder what they're all doing in the back because I've heard that they usually have like up to 7 staff per shift that are meant to be restocking or doing cash register or just be available and none of those staff are ever around. Not to mention that the place is usually filthy, the shampoos and other wet products are usually leaking all over themselves, I don't know who is doing the stocking but they clearly don't do enough of a careful job or clearly don't care about their jobs at all to make sure that the products are worth selling. Half of the Isles of hair care products or skin care products are literally just leaking bottles of trash. And they still put those bottles up to be sold. And I can't imagine that anybody is actually restocking the shelves because there's a lot of products that are literally just one of that product amongst a bunch of other singular products and you can tell that the shelves haven't been restocked for a solid week. Where is the basic management? Is there an owner of this location that does visits to see how things are going? This location is an absolute Nightmare and I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with it at all.

This pharmacy has incorrectly billed me on various occasions stating that they “don’t know how to bill Tricare”.
Today however was especially frustrating, as I tried billing my insurance for a medication, showed them on the Tricare website that it was covered, re-verified with multiple sources, and they told me they don’t know how to process it.
I then pulled up step-by-step instructions on how to bill this particular medication, and the pharmacist said he hasn’t been trained on it, so he didn’t feel comfortable doing it. I ended up having to pay $40 out of pocket, despite my insurance clearly stating that it is covered 100% with no copay.
As a side note, the pharmacy tech that helped me was amazing and she tried her very best to help out in the situation. She even called other pharmacies to try to see if they had any tips. I wish I could recall her name to give her the recognition that she deserves. As I was leaving, she sincerely apologized for not being able to help, and said that she would do the research after work (on her own time) to be able to help future patients with the same issue. She is the one reason I am giving 3 stars rather than 1.

The employee's have no clue how to do their job. Not a single person in that store knows how to do a make a payment to at card. The store feel's dirty. The girl running the smoke shop was eating while sitting there helping customers she was with in her hand. The store manger was no where to be found.

Everyone at the pharmacy was so helpful! I had an expensive prescription my insurance wouldn’t cover and the pharmacist helped to get it down to $0. I’m grateful for all their staff!

I needed photos. They kindly showed me how to use my smart phone, and they let me know how long it would take to pick up my pictures. I truly enjoyed the service.

They lied about medication availability, they told me that they could get it in a week or so and to pick it up today, well I came to pick it up today and they said that they don't have it, and won't be able to get it, it would have been nice to know that before I ran out of my medicine! They are awful go somewhere else

Got my wedding invitations printed here, and they were so great to work with. The first batch of my invitations didn't turn out quite right, but they were so helpful in getting things figured out and exchanging them for some better prints :)
